Ning Feng secured Konoha’s backing, forced Iwagakure to provide Amegakure with resources, and captured the Four-Tails. Amegakure became the Sixth Great Ninja Village, and Ning Feng began training in Sage Mode at Mount Myōboku.

• Minato Namikaze protected Uchiha Minato from Danzo, appointed him a Konoha councilor, and pledged troops and funding to Amegakure.
• Uchiha Minato and Minato Namikaze confronted Ōnoki, negotiated reparations and weapon factories, and escaped Iwagakure’s attempted attack using Explosion Release threats.
• Ning Feng returned to Amegakure with the supplies, helped develop the village, and defeated Obito Uchiha when he attacked.
• Uchiha Minato fought Iwagakure’s jinchūriki, subdued the Four-Tails, and made a contract with Son Gokū that gave Ning Feng its chakra and powers.
• At the Ten Kage Summit, Minato Namikaze proposed recognizing Amegakure as the Sixth Great Ninja Village, and the Kage approved Uchiha Minato as its Third Rain Shadow.

Ning Feng returned from the Land of Iron, gained more power, and stopped a plot to abduct Fū before returning to Konoha to prevent the Nine-Tails attack. He exposed Danzo, protected Minato Namikaze’s family, and ended the arc preparing Kakashi to use Kamui while planning to confront Obito Uchiha.

• Ning Feng mastered Sage Mode, killed Han and the Iwagakure force sent to ambush him, and gained control of the Five-Tails, Kokuō.
• Back at the Research Institute, Ning Feng demonstrated his abilities, received more Hashirama cells, and used Wood Release to create a forest.
• Ning Feng and Professor Xue entered City B’s Underground Black Market, where Ning Feng rescued Fū and destroyed the Iron Hand organization’s forces and supplies.
• Ning Feng entrusted Fū to Konan and Nagato, then went to Konoha as Obito Uchiha began his attempt to abduct Kushina Uzumaki.
• Ning Feng and Uchiha Minato defeated Obito’s allies, exposed Obito’s insider, and stopped the Nine-Tails plan while players attacked Konoha.
• Ning Feng revealed Danzo’s Sharingan-covered arm, and Uchiha Minato, Uchiha Fugaku, Uchiha Itachi, Shisui Uchiha, and Ning Feng defeated Root and sealed Danzo.
• Minato Namikaze and Kushina Uzumaki named their baby Naruto with Ning Feng’s suggestion, while the system credited Uchiha Minato with stopping the attack and raising storyline alteration to 70%.

Ning Feng forced Hiruzen from power, gained half of the Nine-Tails, and built Amegakure into a growing political and military force. After subduing Rasa and the Eight-Tails and compelling Kumogakure to sign an agreement, he returned to Amegakure as Orochimaru offered his services while secretly coveting Ning Feng’s body.

• Ning Feng awakened Kakashi’s Mangekyō Sharingan and taught him Kamui, then rejected Hiruzen Sarutobi’s demand that he become the Nine-Tails Jinchuriki.
• Hiruzen’s attempt to seize Ning Feng’s Tailed Beasts brought Minato Namikaze and Kakashi to Ning Feng’s side, and Hiruzen died after using the Reaper Death Seal on Ning Feng’s shadow clone.
• Minato transferred half of the Nine-Tails’ chakra to Ning Feng, who mastered the chakra and then recruited Kakuzu after defeating him on the road to Amegakure.
• Ning Feng returned to Amegakure, announced its alliance with Konoha, and traveled to Sunagakure, where he defeated its forces, abducted Rasa, and took Shukaku.
• Ning Feng helped Chiyo secure the path to becoming Fifth Kazekage, while Rasa’s gold dust and Sunagakure’s resources fueled Amegakure’s expansion.

Ning Feng expanded Amegakure by absorbing Kirigakure’s clans and defeating the forces that opposed him, while rival villages and Obito Uchiha formed an alliance against him. The arc ended with Kabuto Yakushi preparing to revive Madara Uchiha as the alliance moved toward war.

• Orochimaru joined Amegakure and shared forbidden techniques with Ning Feng, who sent Nagato and Konan to seek powerful ninja graves and ordered Uchiha Itachi to bring nearby villages under Amegakure’s protection.
• Ning Feng rescued Nagato in the Land of Water, then entered Kirigakure and defeated its allied forces with Tengai Shinsei, leaving the village devastated and securing Hozuki Zangetsu’s agreement to move the Hozuki Clan to Amegakure.
• Ning Feng crushed resistance among the Hozuki and other Kirigakure clans, returned to Amegakure with the survivors, and declared Amegakure the fifth great Ninja Village.
• A and Ōnoki considered striking back against Ning Feng, while Ning Feng expanded Amegakure’s economy and faced an infiltration by elite Kumogakure and Iwagakure ninja, whom he killed.
• Obito Uchiha persuaded Ōnoki and A to ally against Amegakure by revealing his White Zetsu army, while Black Zetsu proposed reviving Madara Uchiha with Impure World Reincarnation.
• Ning Feng defeated Mifune in a duel, obtained skilled Land of Iron blacksmiths, and ordered Nagato and Yahiko to investigate escalating border clashes with Iwagakure and Kumogakure.
• Black Zetsu lured Kabuto Yakushi away from Amegakure, and Obito Uchiha took him to a secret base where Kabuto agreed to perfect Impure World Reincarnation for Madara Uchiha.
