Wealthy upbringing and family collapse

Song Li grew up after her father had already become wealthy and was accustomed to spending freely. Her family's financial problems emerged around the time she entered university: her father became unreachable after saying he was going to Myanmar to inspect a jade mine 17 24.

The family's company went bankrupt, and the bank seized their villa after discovering that her father had secretly mortgaged it. He still owed the bank twenty million yuan.
