Even Logia Users Have a Weakness!

"Are you kidding me?!"

Fierce Tiger Reika immediately flew into a rage, swinging his enormous fist at Ye Yang.

The tremendous force produced a sonic boom and stirred up a rush of air. Before the fist even reached him, its wind had already blown up the hair over Ye Yang's forehead!

"Your strength isn't bad. Unfortunately... you're facing me."

Ye Yang's expression remained calm as he extended his right index finger.

One finger against an enormous fist-the attack and defense were completely out of proportion.

Everyone instinctively pictured that slender finger snapping.

Yet when Lei Jia's imposing fist reached Ye Yang, that "frail" finger stopped it dead.

There was not the slightest sound. His fist pressed against the finger, but no matter how much strength Lei Jia exerted, he could not budge it an inch.

Lei Jia's eyes widened as he stared at the scene in disbelief. "What?!"

His strength was what he took the greatest pride in.

Although this was not his strongest punch, he had thrown it with all his strength. Yet a punch like that had been blocked by a single index finger.

I've run into an expert!

The thought immediately flashed through his mind. He pushed off the floor several times, retreating some distance, then watched Ye Yang with eyes full of wariness and said gravely, "Kid, who are you?"

Ye Yang withdrew his finger and smiled faintly. "You're not qualified to know who I am."

"Arrogant!" Lei Jia was furious inside, but since he could not gauge Ye Yang's strength, he could only suppress his anger and continue, "Kid, you were the one who provoked me first today. Although I was wrong to order my men to seize you, you've killed several of them too. Neither of us stands to gain from a real fight. Why don't we leave it at that?"

Fierce Tiger Reika... had actually backed down!

Every pirate in the bar stared at Ye Yang in shock.

This unknown kid had actually forced the notoriously vicious Fierce Tiger Reika to back down.

That was just... too damn impressive!

"Tsk, tsk. Aren't you being a little naive?" Ye Yang shook his head, a mocking smile on his lips. "I came for your bounty. Do you think a few words from you will make me stop?"

Fierce Tiger Reika glared furiously at Ye Yang. "Kid, don't get too arrogant. I don't want any more trouble. That doesn't mean I'm afraid of you!"

"Not wanting any more trouble is your business." After a pause, Ye Yang added, "But I'm here to cause trouble!"

"To think I've wasted this much breath on a worthless pirate whose bounty is only a little over a hundred million. What a disgrace. Now, let's make you dance!"

With that, Ye Yang wasted no more words.

His hands became blurs as he formed a succession of hand seals, stopping again in an instant.

Then, looking at Fierce Tiger Reika's furious face across from him, he brought his hands to his mouth and forcefully exhaled. "Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique!"

Searing flames appeared out of thin air and blasted toward Lei Jia!

Fierce Tiger Reika's eyes widened as he stared in shock at the mass of flames hurtling toward him.

Boom!

With a thunderous explosion, a huge hole was blasted straight through the bar.

Dust and smoke swept through the entire bar along with the shock waves, coating everyone inside in grime.

Yet at that moment, no one paid any attention to that.

Instead, every pair of eyes was wide with shock as they stared at Ye Yang, who stood calmly in the middle of the bar.

A pirate lackey swallowed and said in a trembling voice, "C-could he be a L-Logia Devil Fruit user?"

"He can use flames... there's no mistaking it. He must be a Logia Devil Fruit user!"

"No wonder he dared to challenge Fierce Tiger Reika. He's a Logia user!"

"Lei Jia's in for it now. Logia Devil Fruit users are invincible. No attacks work on them!"

Although this was the Sabaody Archipelago, the gateway to the New World, it was not the New World itself. People who knew about Haki and could use it were few and far between.

Logia users could turn into fluid forms and become immune to all attacks. To these pirates, that ability made them utterly invincible.

But Logia Devil Fruits were exceedingly rare, and almost none of them had ever seen one. That was why they were so shocked to see Ye Yang use flames!

Looking at the smoke-filled hole, Ye Yang curled his lips and said mockingly, "Come out. I know a move of that level can't kill you. Don't tell me you don't even dare to come out."

"Hmph!" The moment Ye Yang finished speaking, a cold snort came from the hole.

Then footsteps sounded, and an exceptionally tall figure gradually emerged from the smoke and dust.

Seeing a physique completely different from before, Ye Yang narrowed his eyes slightly. "Oh? Finally using your Devil Fruit ability?"

Fierce Tiger Reika emerged from the smoke and dust. When the other pirates saw his appearance, they all sucked in a sharp breath.

He had grown to a full seven or eight meters tall. There was no trace of humanity left in his appearance; he had completely taken on the form of a tiger. The murderous intent filling his eyes sent a chill through anyone who so much as looked at them!

"So you're a Logia Devil Fruit user. No wonder you're so confident!"

Fierce Tiger Reika narrowed his eyes slightly. After watching Ye Yang for a moment, he curled his lips into a cold sneer. "If your Logia ability is what you're relying on, kid, I'll show you what happens when you dare to offend me, Fierce Tiger Reika!"

"Oh?" Ye Yang raised an eyebrow slightly and watched him with interest.

"Logia Devil Fruits aren't invincible. They have weaknesses too." Lei Jia smiled coldly. "Armament Haki, for instance. And I... happen to know how to use it!"

With that, he extended an arm. A layer of pitch-black substance rapidly covered his previously furry arm at a speed visible to the naked eye, making it look like hard steel!
