The third was to achieve breakthroughs and awaken more Devil Fruits, forcing the Dark-Dark Fruit, which rejected light, to awaken.
Accomplishing any one of these would bring an explosive increase in strength.
Although the long-bearded old man, the upturned-mustached old man, and the bald, beardless old man among the Five Elders were stronger than Saint Saturn and the full-bearded one.
Against Shane at that point, they would still only be crushed.
At worst, he would deal with them all together!
