The Pure White Chamber of Commerce,
"Crash!"
"Crash!"
"Crash!"
Marshall had returned seething with rage. Ronald's tolerance over the past few years had gone to his head, and now, after suddenly running into Dunn and being brought crashing back to reality, Marshall found it hard to accept.
As soon as he returned, he smashed several vases in quick succession.
Once Marshall's anger had subsided a little, Doron, the chamber's vice president, stepped forward. "President, are we really being expelled? We won't be able to explain this to headquarters."
Doron had heard about the matter before Marshall returned. Seeing the state Marshall was in upon his return all but confirmed that they, too, were being expelled.
"Bullshit! Some brat who doesn't know his place lucked into finding a Legendary Wizard to back him, and now he's acting so arrogant. Like hell I'll let him have his way!"
Marshall's vicious expression made Doron shudder. In all his decades as Marshall's deputy, this was the first time he had seen Marshall lose his composure like this.
"Then what should we do?" Doron recovered and hastily asked Marshall.
"Isn't he just relying on his strength? There are plenty of powerful Classholders in this world! Find someone to kill him!"
"But the chamber probably won't send anyone to act over this, will it?"
"Idiot! How could we contact the chamber over something like this? Go find Mercenaries or Assassins elsewhere!"
"That won't be a problem, but I'm afraid no one will dare accept a contract to assassinate a Pirate King."
"As long as the money's right, a mere Pirate King doesn't mean shit! I refuse to believe a hundred thousand gold coins won't buy someone to kill him!"
"If you're willing to pay that much, then there certainly won't be a problem!"
