Boer helped Yamato overthrow Orochi and establish a new government in Wano, then faced growing pressure from the World Government over Bernia and its ties to the Revolutionary Army. As war seemed imminent, Boer sent Robin away, prepared Bernia to endure the coming crisis, and agreed to meet Kizaru peacefully.

• Boer freed Senina and returned her to Jinbe and the Sun Pirates, then fought Jinbe, healed the crew’s wounded, and shared a feast with them.
• Boer visited Wano and persuaded Kaido to consider reforms, then helped Yamato kill Orochi and claim the shogunate with Hiyori as her partner.
• Yamato and Hiyori won over former retainers and the people with plans for reconstruction, while Boer arranged reforms and Kaido agreed to support Wano from a distance.
• After Cipher Pol Aigis Zero raided the Revolutionary Army’s East Army headquarters, Boer sent Kuma and Ginny away and warned Robin that Bernia might face a Buster Call.

Boer allied with Kaido and Linlin to forge Devil Fruit weapons and wage war on Cipher Pol, then returned to Bernia and fought Garp and Aokiji before the Superconducting Ring erupted. After surviving as a half-magnetized body in East Blue, he reached Hamlet Village and began helping its people trade salt, while Nami continued working toward her goal of setting sail.

• Boer brought Kaido to Totto Land, where he demonstrated a Devil Fruit weapon made from a captured user’s heart and Linlin’s soul infusion, and Linlin accepted their deal.
• Boer persuaded Kaido and Linlin to target Cipher Pol rather than individual ability users, then led them in destroying Cipher Pol bases and turning captured powers into living weapons.
• The Marines raised Aokiji, Kizaru, and Akainu to Admiral, while the Five Elders ordered Sengoku to mobilize against Boer, Kaido, and Linlin.

Boer secured a partnership with Oykot, reunited Nami with her family, and brought Ace and Luffy into the conflict surrounding Garp and the World Government. After facing Golden Lion Shiki and dismantling Cipher Pol’s East Blue network, he reached Loguetown and crossed paths with Smoker and Tashigi.

• Strawberry confronted Snake over his corrupt protection deals, then left G16 in despair while Nami watched and returned to her work.
• Boer killed Black Bear’s bandits, then learned that Oykot’s king planned to capture him and arrived at the Royal City to defeat Luca and Finn.
• Boer revealed himself as Aaron Ball to King Francisco III and Strawberry, agreed to help Oykot while concealing his identity, and later gave Nami a Devil Fruit to protect her family.
• Boer took Nami and Carina to Cocoyasi Village, where Nojiko ate the Chain-Chain Fruit and Bellemere agreed to hear him out before Boer left to find Luffy.
• Boer captured Ace and Luffy, brought them to Bellemere’s family, and fought Garp before returning with him to the Orange Grove, where Ace began training and chose to remain with his own family.

Boer crippled Mary Geoise, defeated the Five Elders and Golden Lion Shiki, and rejected Imu’s offer to control the world alongside them. After the World Government named him a World Hero, he recovered in Cocoyasi Village, where he bonded with Nojiko, Bellemere, and Ace and began training Ace.

• Boer traveled through Alabasta to search for Nico Robin, then moved on to Jaya as Imu learned of his attacks on Cipher Pol.
• Boer struck Mary Geoise with a massive plasma sphere, killing Saint Maz and carving abysses into the Red Line, while Imu erased the remaining blast.
• Boer defeated Enel on Sky Island, extracted the Rumble-Rumble Fruit’s power, and forged it into a Superconducting Ring that expanded his electromagnetic reach.
• Boer shut down Mary Geoise with an Electromagnetic Silence Field, while the Navy declared an emergency and the world’s powers prepared for the resulting upheaval.
• The Five Elders attacked Boer, but he fought them across Mary Geoise and the Red Line before Imu descended through Saint Mars and offered him a role in maintaining the world’s balance.
• Boer rejected Imu and departed as the World Government restored communications, reorganized its forces, and decided to name him a World Hero while blaming the blackout on a geomagnetic upheaval.
• Kaido and Big Mom’s forces clashed with the Marines and other great powers, but Boer defeated Golden Lion Shiki and then collapsed in Bellemere’s Orange Grove, where Nojiko found him.
• Boer recovered in Cocoyasi Village, learned that Ace wanted to become Pirate King and protect Luffy, and trained him in combat and Haki until Ace unleashed his Conqueror’s Haki and fainted.
• Strawberry showed Snake news of Aaron Ball’s World Hero title and suspected return to the East Blue, while Snake agreed to send a gift to the young cartographer.
