Outside Takigakure, deep in the forest.
A figure stood quietly atop a tree, gazing at the distant village surrounded by enormous waterfalls.
It was Lin Ze's Genbu Shadow Clone.
His eyes were closed, his sensory ability spreading outward as he carefully investigated the situation inside Takigakure.
"Found her..."
A moment later, Lin Ze slowly opened his eyes.
Just east of the center of Takigakure, he sensed a distinctive chakra-vast and lively, with an insectlike lightness.
The chakra of Seven-Tails Chōmei.
And carrying that chakra was a girl around ten years old named Fū.
Lin Ze probed deeper with his senses, carefully analyzing the condition of the tailed beast Sealing inside Fū.
"The Sealing is fully intact... several cuts above the crude seal Sunagakure used on Gaara."
He frowned slightly.
This meant the Seven-Tails Jinchuriki was stable within Takigakure. She would not go on occasional rampages like Gaara and give outsiders an opening.
Although Takigakure could not compare to the Five Great Shinobi Villages, it was still a ninja village with many years of history. At least one Kage-level fighter was stationed there, and it had its own accumulated resources and defensive systems.
If he forced his way in, even with the strength of his Genbu Shadow Clone, successfully taking the Seven-Tails' chakra would inevitably cause a huge commotion and draw the attention of the entire shinobi world.
It was not time yet.
Lin Ze considered it for a moment and made his decision.
"I'll let Uchiha Itachi and Ryōta handle it."
Those two were in Dragon Release Village, fusing their Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan. Once they succeeded, their strength would soar to the peak of Kage level, or even Super Kage.
With two Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan working together, taking some of the Seven-Tails' chakra would not be difficult.
