Uchiha Onibi and Ryota Uchiha stood nearby, watching Lin Ze slowly open his strange eyes.
Against a cyan background, the pattern of the eternal Mangekyō Sharingan slowly rotated. Deep within it, layers of clocklike markings flickered in and out of view, exuding an indescribable mystery.
"Five months. You finally did it, Lin Ze."
Ghost Fire stepped forward, a smile on his face and a trace of wistfulness in his eyes.

Ryōta followed him over and asked as he looked at Lin Ze's eyes:
"How does it feel?"
Lin Ze blinked, adjusting to the Rinnegan that had fused with Time-Reversal Trace, and nodded slightly.
"It went more smoothly than I expected."
He paused, turned to Ryōta, and said somewhat apologetically:
"Ryōta, I probably won't be able to return your eyes anytime soon. I still need to use Myriad Mangekyō Return to Origin to keep fusing other dōjutsu."
Ryōta found that a little strange. Lin Ze had initially only said he would use his Myriad Mangekyō Return to Origin to fuse Time-Reversal Trace. Still, he waved a hand without the slightest hesitation.
