After Danzo used Kurenai Yuhi and Rei Uesugi to coerce Lin Ze, Lin Ze killed Danzo, Kakuzu, and Orochimaru, then left Konoha with Kurenai and Rei’s remains. He pursued a way to revive Rei while recruiting Enta Uchiha, as the White Snake Sage prepared to attack Ascension Island for Lin Ze’s bloodline and secrets.

• Danzo tried to force Lin Ze to back his Hokage bid by capturing Kurenai Yuhi, Rei Uesugi, and Asuma Sarutobi, but Rei died after slashing her own throat and Lin Ze agreed to Danzo’s demand only to buy time.
• Lin Ze transformed into an Azure Dragon and killed Danzo and Kakuzu, then bound Orochimaru’s soul with Adamantine Sealing Chains as Konoha’s shinobi watched.
• Lin Ze left Konoha with Kurenai Yuhi and Rei Uesugi’s remains, sought help from Uchiha Onibi, and then made Ascension Island their home while Hiruzen Sarutobi installed Minato Namikaze as Hokage and concealed the incident.
• Lin Ze gave Kabuto the Impure World Reincarnation scroll and began seeking an Uchiha whose Mangekyō Sharingan might help him revive Rei, eventually choosing the resentful Enta Uchiha.
• Lin Ze transferred his soul into a Wind Release clone named White Tiger, sealed the Ryūmyaku into it, and recruited Enta, who followed him to Kirigakure in pursuit of power.
• After Kirigakure ANBU nearly killed Enta without awakening his Mangekyō, Lin Ze killed the ANBU and decided to make his plan revolve around Enta’s sister, Yami Uchiha.
• Tagitsuhime fought off Ichikishimahime and Ryūchi Cave’s summoned snakes, then warned them to keep away from Ascension Island.
• The White Snake Sage learned that Lin Ze’s bloodline had helped Tagitsuhime evolve, ordered Ryūchi Cave’s forces assembled, and announced plans to seize Lin Ze’s secrets and capture Tagitsuhime.

Lin Ze manipulated Enta and Yami Uchiha into awakening their Mangekyō Sharingan, joined Akatsuki, and gathered Kimimaro and Haku. He established Dragon Release Village in the Land of Whirlpools, drawing the Third Raikage’s forces toward it.

• The White Snake Sage attacked Ascension Island, but Lin Ze returned as an Azure Dragon, defeated her, and bound her to a Master-Servant Contract.
• Lin Ze arranged a mission and staged attacks to provoke Enta and Yami Uchiha into awakening their Mangekyō Sharingan, then defeated them and had Nonō take their eyes for study.
• Lin Ze collected Shisui Uchiha’s cells, joined Akatsuki as White Tiger, and learned that the organization might soon target Konoha.
• Lin Ze freed Kimimaro from captivity, trained him, and brought Haku away from the bullies who had tormented him.
• Lin Ze established Dragon Release Village at Uzushiogakure’s former site and ordered the White Snake Sage to recruit wandering ninja and orphans.
• The Third Raikage ordered Killer B, Yugito, and Kumogakure’s elite forces to march on Dragon Release Village and kill Lin Ze.

Lin Ze defeated Kumogakure's force, advanced his plans for Dragon Release Village, and interfered in the Nine-Tails' attack to steal part of its chakra. He recruited Pakura and Karin, while Konoha's conflict with the Uchiha erupted into battle.

• Lin Ze lured the Third Raikage's force away from Dragon Release Village, fought the Raikage, Killer B, and Yugito, then killed the Raikage and drove the others off.
• Kumogakure concealed the Third Raikage's death as news of Lin Ze's thousand-meter Azure Dragon form spread, while Lin Ze planned an artificial tailed beast and sought more Sea Dragon Jade.
• Lin Ze completed three Akatsuki missions with Kisame, killing Retsudo, Kagegari, and Yotsuki Rō, then returned to Amegakure and reported to Pain.
• Lin Ze worked with Kabuto to revive Rei Uesugi and investigate a White Zetsu vessel, while Obito prepared the Nine-Tails' attack on Konoha and assigned Lin Ze to deal with Uchiha Onibi.
• During the Nine-Tails' rampage, Lin Ze kept Onibi from joining the fight and stole roughly forty percent of the chakra Minato intended to seal into the Shinigami before escaping.
• Lin Ze transferred his soul to Youying, absorbed the stolen Nine-Tails chakra, and fused Yami Uchiha's Mangekyō Sharingan into an Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan.
• Lin Ze rescued Pakura from Kirigakure's ambush, exposed Sunagakure's betrayal, and brought her to Dragon Release Village, where he asked Kabuto to develop a Fire Release Clone from her cells.
• Lin Ze rescued Karin and her mother from Grass Ninja, while Hiruzen and Jiraiya confronted Fugaku and Shisui and the Uchiha launched their planned attack on Konoha.

Uchiha Fugaku became Hokage, but the Uchiha’s growing power and Shisui’s death let Obito and Zetsu inflame suspicion across Konoha. As Fugaku and the clans faced a brewing crisis, Hiashi began preparing to change the Hyuga Clan’s future.

• Shisui used Kotoamatsukami on Hiruzen, who resigned and named Fugaku the Fifth Hokage, ending the fighting and ordering the village to unite.
• Lin Ze began developing his own senjutsu at Ryūchi Cave and, after more than a thousand experiments, created the Five Cycles True Dragon Sage Art.
• Obito and Akatsuki targeted Shisui, and Shisui died fighting Obito, Kisame, Nagato, and their allies after sending Ryōta toward Konoha.
• Lin Ze transferred his soul into a Water Release clone and named it Genbu while Konoha investigated Shisui’s death and Ryōta’s missing memories.
• Obito abducted Ryōta and killed Inoichi during the memory probe, but Uchiha Onibi followed him and fought to rescue his brother.
• Onibi used his Mangekyō abilities to heal Ryōta and escape toward Dragon Release Village, while Itachi warned Fugaku that Konoha’s clans might exploit the Uchiha’s losses.
• Obito and Zetsu spread rumors implicating the Uchiha, and Shikaku urged the clan leaders to avoid rash action while watching Fugaku and the Hyuga.
• Hiashi showed Hizashi the sealed Giant Tenseigan scroll and said he wanted to change the Branch Family system for his expected child, while the Hyuga waited for the right moment.
