Minghui joined the Body Sect, gained the favor of the Goddess of Life and God of Destruction, and grew stronger as the sect began acting in the wider world. The arc ends with Du Busi intervening as Zhang Lexuan and Shrek Academy students fight a Hundred-Thousand-Year Eclipse Demon Wolf.

• Dong Minghui crossed into the God Realm inside a mysterious crystal, and its destruction froze Tang San and Xiao Wu before silver light escaped through the broken barrier.
• Minghui awakened the Divine Plume Bow and Pineal Gland, then accepted Du Busi as his master and traveled with him to the Body Sect.
• Minghui obtained a Moon Moth soul ring and used Simulation to reproduce the Goddess of Life and God of Destruction, drawing the attention of both deities.
• The Goddess of Life healed Minghui and blessed him, while the God of Destruction urged him to train, and the Body Sect adopted Minghui’s protection doctrine and began spreading its faith.
• Tang San discovered the Body Sect’s faith and Minghui’s connection to Life and Destruction, then planned to recruit Minghui while continuing to pursue his own plans for Wutong.
• Minghui reached Soul Elder and Level 32, then accompanied Du Busi, Princess Vina, and Long Aotian as Long Aotian obtained a ten-thousand-year soul ring.

After Du Busi rescues Zhang Lexuan and confronts Shrek Academy over its failures, Minghui trains in the Body Sect and undergoes a powerful Martial Soul awakening. He arrives at Shrek Academy to enroll, while his parents warn its elders of the dangers gathering around him.

• Du Busi and Zhang Lexuan defeat the Eclipse Demon Wolf, and Zhang Lexuan absorbs its Hundred-Thousand-Year Soul Ring before revealing how the Victorner Family destroyed her family.
• Du Busi condemns Xuan Zi and Shrek Academy for abandoning their students and failing to help Zhang Lexuan, while Zhang Lexuan decides to let go of her resentment and help reform the academy.
• Mu En gives Xuan Zi a Hundred-Thousand-Year Right Arm Bone for Zhang Lexuan and orders him to thank Du Busi, while Du Busi arranges for Minghui to train at Shrek Academy.
• Du Busi teaches Minghui how Beast Spirits can strengthen Martial Souls, and Minghui absorbs them to raise his Soul Rings and awaken his Pineal Gland Martial Soul.
• Minghui discovers that his awakening greatly expands his Spiritual Power and bodily control, and he proposes that dying Soul Beasts could become contracted companions in place of Soul Rings.
• The Goddess of Life acknowledges Minghui’s idea, and Du Busi breaks through to Rank 99 after bathing in the Light of Life before sending Minghui back to his parents.

Minghui arrived at Shrek Academy, discovered that his Ultimate Ice could temper Ma Xiaotao’s Evil Fire, and began building ties with its students. When Zhou Yi abused her authority and expelled him, Minghui exposed her conduct and forced the academy to punish her, then chose to learn Monarch Overlord from Yan Shaozhe.

• Qingyi and Ming Chen brought Minghui to Sea God Island, where Ma Xiaotao and Minghui discovered a powerful attraction between their martial souls and considered a Martial Soul Fusion Skill.
• Qingyi warned Shrek’s elders that the Sun Moon Empire was linked to the Holy Spirit Cult, while Minghui toured the Inner Court and met Ma Xiaotao’s teammates.
• Minghui and Ma Xiaotao circulated their opposing Soul Powers together, suppressing her Evil Fire while tempering both their bodies, and Minghui began exploring the Outer Court with Beibei.
• Minghui met his roommate Xiao Yu and entered Zhou Yi’s class, where he recorded her abusive behavior and challenged her claims about Soul Masters and Soul Tools.

He pursued the Eternal Ice Crystal and helped Xiao Yu and Yi Wanzhou win the New Student Assessment, then Ling Luochen asked him to meet that afternoon.
