Xia Yu's children were named in the order of their birth.
That had been his plan from the start.
After all, Xia Yu's goal was to spread the seeds of the Uchiha throughout the Shinobi World.
There would be so many of them, and his "ninjutsu" and "ocular techniques" were so convenient that, if he simply let himself go as usual, his offspring might number in the millions or tens of millions. He could not possibly remember that many names, let alone come up with them all.
Numbers were more straightforward.
His child with Mitaraishi Anko was the seventh.
So the child was named Uchiha Zero Zero Seven.
His child with Akimi Inuzuka was the 233rd.
So the child was named Uchiha Two Three Three...
And so on...
It also made it easy to distinguish older and younger brothers and sisters. Their names alone told you who was older and who was younger.
But Orochimaru did not seem to like it.
"My child will never have such a slapdash name. Never!" Orochimaru was adamant.
"Fine, I agree." Xia Yu could not be bothered to dwell on the matter.
Seeing Xia Yu agree so readily, Orochimaru said nothing more. He glanced at Anko, then looked at Xia Yu and gave him a few discreet looks.
Xia Yu understood instantly and whispered to Anko beside him, "Anko, it's late. Go back and get some rest. Orochimaru and I have something to discuss."
Anko looked reluctant and pouted. "No! You still haven't told me why Orochimaru has a child. I'm curious!"
"Be good. Don't worry, I'll tell you once I'm done. I'll come to your room tonight, for the whole night."
"Then you'd better hurry!"
"Mm-hmm, I will. In thirty minutes, I guarantee I'll be in your room."
"Hehe, okay~"
Anko went back.
