• Gu Qing used Void Flash powered by three forces to dismember the Blue-Suited Man, making the Source of Plague’s phantom disappear.
• The Source of Plague’s phantom appeared behind Gu Qing, then poured purple-black energy into the forest and resurrected the Blue-Suited Man in a stronger form.
• Deacon He considered rescuing Gu Qing but chose to watch and see what other abilities he would reveal.
• The resurrected Blue-Suited Man tried to recruit Gu Qing into the Rat God Cult and challenged him, while Gu Qing attacked with Void Flash three times and the Blue-Suited Man evaded the first two strikes.

Gu Qing fought the Blue-Suited Man, whose Rat Poison and purple-black power devastated the forest and even injured Deacon He. Gu Qing’s poison immunity let him resist the first attack, but the Blue-Suited Man pierced his Martial Soul Dharma Form and left one of his arms rapidly rotting as he descended to confront him.

• The Blue-Suited Man’s Rat Poison split a giant tree and spread across the forest, while Deacon He was poisoned and feared that Gu Qing had been killed.
• Gu Qing rose unharmed because his Immune to All Poisons attribute protected him, then used his Martial Soul Dharma Form to burn away another wave of Rat Poison.
• Gu Qing’s flaming palm drove the Blue-Suited Man underground, but the man pierced the Dharma Form and destroyed it with a purple-black energy beam.
• The Blue-Suited Man fired at Gu Qing, who dodged with Void Flash but was splashed by the corrosive light, leaving his arm rapidly rotting despite his attempts to heal it.
• The Blue-Suited Man mocked Gu Qing’s resistance and descended before him while the corruption threatened to spread through his body.

Gu Qing activated his evil god body and defeated the Blue-Suited Man, whose Rat God power could not withstand Gu Qing’s strength. After the man died, the Source of Plague appeared and recognized the Divine Maiden, leaving Gu Qing to learn who she was.

• Gu Qing unleashed his evil god body, startling Deacon He and prompting the Blue-Suited Man to mistake his power for a blessing from a being in the Origin Land.
• The Blue-Suited Man fired a purple-black energy beam at Gu Qing, who shattered it with his palm and overwhelmed him in a direct clash.
• Gu Qing cut the Blue-Suited Man in half with Void Flash and pinned him down to demand a description of the giant eyeball above his residential community.
• The Blue-Suited Man died as evil god power eroded his body, and a rat-shaped phantom emerged from his remains.
• The Source of Plague asked why Gu Qing possessed the Divine Maiden’s power, and the Divine Maiden appeared and reached toward the phantom.

After the Divine Maiden empowered Gu Qing, his Evil God Body and Martial Soul Dharma Form fused to create the Evil God Dharma Form, while both original abilities remained usable. As Gu Qing prepared to fly home, the Book of Curses began convulsing violently for an unknown reason.

• The Divine Maiden placed her hand on Gu Qing's head and poured a tremendous power into him, causing his Qi and Blood Power to form a gigantic phantom.
• Gu Qing's Source Devouring absorbed the contamination from the Evil God Origin, raised his Biological Level to Advanced Eighth Order, and fused his Evil God Body and Martial Soul Dharma Form into the Evil God Dharma Form.
• Gu Qing examined the nearly hundred-meter-tall Evil God Dharma Form, then absorbed it back into his body to prevent its radiation from mutating the surrounding forest.
• The Divine Maiden began disappearing, and Gu Qing thanked her and mused about the embroidered shoes he had exchanged for at the Storehouse.
• Gu Qing confirmed that his Evil God Body and Martial Soul Dharma Form still worked separately after their fusion, then wondered whether other divine abilities could fuse as well.
• As Gu Qing prepared to fly home, the Book of Curses in the Mirror World convulsed violently, leaving him wondering what had caused it.

Gu Qing investigated the misfortune clinging to the Blue-Suited Man’s remains, but the Book of Curses remained dormant and the Magic Mirror could not explain the strange eyeball or who caused it. After Gu Qing left, a mysterious hand erased Deacon He’s memories, leaving him confused on a video call with Elder Liang.

• The Magic Mirror urged Gu Qing to feed the Book of Curses the misfortune it detected, and the book absorbed black mist from the Blue-Suited Man’s remains without awakening.
• Gu Qing learned from the Magic Mirror that Misfortune Flowers would not appear on Earth for at least ten years, then asked whether Yang Yuntong had cursed the advanced Rat God Cult Follower; the mirror denied knowing what caused the eyes.
• Gu Qing cleansed the scene with his qi and blood power and flew away, while Deacon He emerged from hiding and wondered about Gu Qing’s abilities and the mysterious Divine Maiden.
• As Deacon He tried to call Elder Liang, a gray-mist-wreathed hand reached from the void and took something from inside his head.

Deacon He reported the mutated forest to Elder Liang, while the Fox Clan Saintess became determined to bring Gu Qing to her as a cultivation furnace cauldron. After losing another senior member, the White-Suited Man arranged to move the Rat God Cult to Guancheng and ordered a final attack on the Night Court before they left.

• Elder Liang examined the mutated plants around Deacon He, asked for his location, and told him to keep following Gu Qing while recording audio.
• Mei Niang told the Fox Clan Saintess that Gu Qing was a Supernatural Awakened with the Martial Soul and Psychic Control abilities, and the Saintess decided to draw him in as her furnace cauldron.
• The White-Suited Man found that Eighth Brother’s Life Token had cracked, then contacted the Divine Plant Cult’s leader and agreed to an alliance in Guancheng.
• The White-Suited Man told the Rat God Cult’s senior members they would relocate to Guancheng on the first of next month and revealed that he intended to absorb the Divine Plant Cult.
• The White-Suited Man ordered the cult to destroy research they could not take, attack the Night Court before leaving, and target Gu Qing, Song Anni, and the Monster Assault Team.

Gu Qing learned that his sister Gu Yao had become a Transcendent and planned to visit Xia Shuran’s family with them the next day. While asking Elder Liang about training in the Origin Land, he discovered that Bai Ningyu was there and learned more about her unusual power.

• A White-Suited Man persuaded his brothers to delay retaliating against Night Court until its powerful elder left Earth, while the red-suited woman claimed Gu Qing as her intended rat slave.
• At dinner, Gu Qing’s family and Xia Shuran ate Ghost-Shadow Squid as Gu Yao revealed she had become a Transcendent.
• Gu Qing promised to give Gu Yao evolution resources and arranged to fly her to Xia Shuran’s home the next day, where Gu Yao was invited to lunch.
• Gu Qing asked Elder Liang about Origin Land training and learned that rookies trained at a base before joining land-reclamation teams.
• Gu Qing asked about Bai Ningyu and learned that she was a powerful rookie whose complicated ability included controlling creatures that had died because of her.

Gu Qing arranged to meet Liu Zhiyi at her shop and planned to gain more Beast Taming Skill attributes before she left for the Origin Land. The next morning, he took Gu Yao and Xia Shuran flying toward Qianshui County, leaving Wen Wanyi astonished by his power.

• After learning Elder Liang knew little about Bai Ningyu, Gu Qing arranged to meet Liu Zhiyi at her shop and bring her soy sauce chicken.
• Gu Qing reflected that Gu Yao's [Novelist] tag might change if she awakened a superpower related to writing or imagination.
• The next morning, Gu Qing prepared to visit the Old Ancestor of the Xia Family and have a meal at Xia Shuran's home, while Gu Yao explained to Wen Wanyi that he could fly.
• Wen Wanyi warned Gu Qing to fly carefully, and Gu Yao and Xia Shuran held tightly around his waist.

Gu Qing flew Gu Yao and Xia Shuran to the Extreme Summer Martial Arts School, where Gu Yao learned that he had protected her from the strain of his extreme speed. The three went to find Xia Wuyuan, but he was absent, and Gu Qing stopped Gu Yao from going shopping while they waited.

• Gu Yao clung to Gu Qing as he flew slowly at first, then accelerated to over a thousand meters per second while Xia Shuran remained composed.
• Gu Qing brought Gu Yao and Xia Shuran safely to the Extreme Summer Martial Arts School, where Gu Yao struggled to stand after the flight.

• Gu Yao attacked Xia Shuran at the pool, and Xia Shuran assessed her speed and strength while noting her weak coordination and limited combat experience.
• Gu Qing read news about the rising number of Transcendents, mutated fish, and a meeting between supernatural organizations.
• After training for less than an hour, Gu Yao collapsed from exhaustion while Xia Shuran remained calm and energetic.
• Xia Wuyuan returned with two market-bought carp and noticed someone hiding above the Inner Hall.
• Xia Wuyuan hooked Deacon He out of the sky and knocked him unconscious with a palm strike, astonishing Gu Qing.

Xia Wuyuan effortlessly knocked out Deacon He, who confessed that Elder Liang had ordered him to spy on Gu Qing. After the Divine Maiden erased Deacon He's memories of Gu Qing's monstrous powers, Elder Liang arrived and challenged Xia Wuyuan, who dragged him down with a fishing rod and smashed him into the ground.

• Xia Shuran and Gu Yao realized how powerful Xia Wuyuan was after Gu Qing explained that Deacon He ranked far above him in the Night Court.
• Deacon He woke badly injured, begged Xia Wuyuan for mercy, and admitted Elder Liang had ordered him to follow Gu Qing and investigate his backing.
• Gu Qing feared Deacon He had witnessed his evil god powers, but the Magic Mirror told him the Divine Maiden had erased Deacon He's relevant memories.
• Elder Liang arrived at the Extreme Summer Martial Arts School, and Gu Qing identified him as the Night Court elder who had sent Deacon He.
• Xia Wuyuan hooked Elder Liang with his fishing rod, dragged him from the sky, and struck him into the ground.

Xia Wuyuan defeated Night Court elder Liang with a single palm strike, then spared him and warned him and Deacon He not to reveal his presence. After restoring the courtyard, Xia Wuyuan returned to showing off his catch, and Gu Yao asked him about mermaids.

• Xia Wuyuan pinned Elder Liang down, blasted him into a flaming crater, and stopped when Gu Qing spoke up for him.
• Xia Wuyuan spared Elder Liang because Gu Qing and Xia Shuran were connected to the Night Court, and Elder Liang repaired his injuries and learned Xia Wuyuan's name.
• Elder Liang and Deacon He flew away after Xia Wuyuan threatened to kill them if they revealed his existence.
• Xia Wuyuan filled the craters, showed Gu Qing, Gu Yao, and Xia Shuran his two large carp, and bragged that he had caught a Jiaolong before.
• Gu Yao asked whether Xia Wuyuan had caught a mermaid, and he wondered if she meant a female fish demon.

Gu Qing relayed the Night Court’s offer to Xia Wuyuan, who declined for now but left open the possibility of future cooperation. Xia Shuran showed Xia Wuyuan footage of Gu Qing’s fight, and his shock at seeing Gu Qing’s Martial Soul Dharma Form left him convinced Gu Qing could become a Martial God.

• Gu Yao asked Xia Wuyuan about demons he had caught, and he listed several strange water demons.
• Gu Qing read Elder Liang’s messages asking him and Xia Shuran to persuade Xia Wuyuan to cooperate with the Night Court.
• Xia Wuyuan declined the offer for now but told Gu Qing to say his plans might change in the future.
• Xia Wuyuan gave Xia Shuran a carp, and she promised to bring him fish-filled buns the next day.
• Xia Shuran showed Xia Wuyuan footage of Gu Qing fighting Li Zhan, and Xia Wuyuan recognized Gu Qing’s Martial Soul Dharma Form.
• Xia Wuyuan excitedly declared that Gu Qing had the makings of a Martial God and that he had finally seen a path ahead.
