After an elusive Deity Girl appeared in his home and entered Xia Shuran’s dreams, Gu Qing stopped a masked thief and clashed with Wu Chuchu, leaving him facing Wu Mingjue.

• Gu Qing invited Xia Shuran to dinner with his family, where she met Gu Mingbo, Wen Wanyi, and Gu Yao, while a new Fear Shadow began preying on people in Haicheng.
• At a haunted house, Gu Qing burned away the black mist and fought the Evil God Hound’s human host, who escaped as a remnant soul after Liu Zhiyi and her spirit pets intervened.
• Gu Qing learned that the traitor’s aberration force caused his distorted senses, but he concealed the Deity Girl he saw at South Lake Plaza after a mysterious force prevented him from speaking or writing about her.

• Liu Zhiyi protected Gu Qing from Wu Mingjue, and the Wu siblings later attacked their relatives after the Deity Girl reached toward their heads.

• Wu Zhenhai investigated Gu Qing’s connection to Lu Chenye, while Wu Mingjue and Wu Chuchu recalled meeting Gu Qing on the night they lost control.
• Gu Qing exposed a Rat God Cult infiltrator in the R&D Department, then redeemed Mutated Embroidered Shoes and absorbed evil god contamination to awaken his Evil God Body.
• Gu Qing discovered a Rat God Cult lair beneath a lake and helped Deacon Tian destroy its tunnels, then obtained the sealed Book of Curses as a reward.
