"Slaughtering the weak may not be something the strong should do, but there really is no other choice in this situation." Otsutsuki Toneri appeared inside the mansion, condensed a slender black rod in his hand, and walked toward the inner courtyard with light steps.
Unless necessary, he really couldn't be bothered to bully and kill the weak. After all, it was dull and tedious.
But he still had few forces under his command, so he had no choice but to handle this sort of thing himself.
