After caring for Zhu Gang through his final months, Zhu Wu buried him and faced life without his grandfather.

• Zhu Wu stole the Wolf Poison from Zhu Wu’s courtyard and killed Da Huang, then used gunpowder to sabotage Tang Hao’s furnace, injuring Tang Hao and Tang San in an explosion.
• At the Spirit Awakening ceremony, Zhu Wu awakened a silkworm Martial Soul with level 6 Soul Power and discovered it could transform, sense and store plants, and nurture herbs.
