Arc 79Dragon Fang and the Formation

Huang Xiao and Demon Phoenix fought their way through the formation’s enemies while pursuing its Formation Eye, and Huang Xiao learned of a limb-regenerating cultivation art before killing Hu Wei. Huo Lian removed Dragon Fang and disrupted the formation, while Huang Xiao survived Chen Mu’s attack and joined Demon Phoenix in fighting him.

  • Huang Xiao realized the formation was distorting the landscape, then fought Hu Wei with illusory movements and, with Demon Phoenix’s help, defeated and captured him.
  • Huang Xiao and Demon Phoenix discovered that Hu Wei’s younger brother had created the unfinished Demon Life Art, killed Hu Wei, and kept his jade pendant as bait for the brother.
  • Huang Xiao found the concealed Formation Eye and briefly refined Heavenly Demon Imperishable True Qi left by Huo Lian, which he could use only near its source.
  • Huo Lian retrieved Dragon Fang from Dragon Mountain, revealing it as the Formation Eye, while Baili Zhen sent Hong Yi into the exposed slot to cultivate.
  • Huo Lian offered Baili Zhen a place at his side, but Baili Zhen refused, and Hong Yi’s cultivation triggered a dragon-qi upheaval that swallowed both Hong Yi and Baili Zhen before the mountain transported them away.
  • Huang Xiao and Demon Phoenix killed more Enlightenment Realm opponents, then Chen Mu stabbed Huang Xiao through the heart and demanded that Demon Phoenix submit.
  • Demon Phoenix’s flames contaminated Chen Mu’s True Qi, and after Huang Xiao revived and attacked from behind, he and Demon Phoenix joined forces against Chen Mu.
Chapters 1957–1982 Vol. 20 Read

Ch. 1957Going in Circles

Huang Xiao and Demon Phoenix continued searching the formation and debated whether the Patriarch had exaggerated the number of Enlightenment Realm experts trapped inside. Huang Xiao discovered that the formation was making them travel in circles, but his attempt to prove it left the nature of the surroundings uncertain.

  • Demon Phoenix questioned whether there were really a hundred Enlightenment Realm experts, and Huang Xiao said they still had to kill everyone they encountered.
  • Huang Xiao told Demon Phoenix that his deductions placed the formation eye near the center, though he could only determine their general direction.
  • Huang Xiao stopped and revealed that they had returned to a place they had visited days earlier because the formation altered the scenery around them.
  • Demon Phoenix tested a nearby tree and questioned whether it was real, while Huang Xiao explained that the formation mixed truth with illusion.
  • Huang Xiao shattered Demon Phoenix's rock with Palm Force as evidence, and Demon Phoenix wondered whether that proved it had been conjured.

Ch. 1958Clear-cut evidence

Huang Xiao proved to the Demon Phoenix that their surroundings were shaped by the Patriarch’s formation, then spent days trying to understand it without finding the Formation Eye. On the fifteenth day, a powerful old man found them and attacked Huang Xiao, leaving the two facing a dangerous new opponent.

  • Huang Xiao showed the Demon Phoenix Zhen Heng’s buried corpse, and they concluded that the surrounding landscape had changed under the formation’s illusions.
  • Huang Xiao argued that the experts they had fought were real, then studied the formation while the Demon Phoenix kept watch.
  • After four hours of meditation, Huang Xiao chose to rest and resume trying to escape the formation the next day.
  • On the fourteenth day, Huang Xiao and the Demon Phoenix still failed to find the Formation Eye, though Huang Xiao gained some understanding of the formation’s layout.
  • On the fifteenth day, an old man spotted Huang Xiao’s hiding place, smashed the boulder, and forced Huang Xiao to emerge.

Ch. 1959Demon Leopard

Huang Xiao learned that Hu Wei, a Demon Leopard of the Demon Spirit Sect, had been trapped by a formation and was sent to kill him. Hu Wei attacked, but Huang Xiao showed unexpected strength and met his Palm Force head-on.

  • Huang Xiao recognized Hu Wei as a practitioner of the Monster Dao, and Hu Wei introduced himself as the Demon Leopard of the Demon Spirit Sect.
  • Hu Wei revealed that he had been trapped in a formation for over half a month and could leave only after it stopped working that day.
  • Huang Xiao realized that other experts had also been held back by formations and might now be emerging.
  • Huang Xiao told Hu Wei that several Enlightenment Realm experts wanted to kill him, while concealing that he and Demon Phoenix had defeated earlier pursuers.
  • Hu Wei attacked Huang Xiao, who dodged his first three moves before dispersing Hu Wei's Palm Force with a punch and charging at him.

Ch. 1960Pure Speed

Huang Xiao fought Hu Wei, whose extraordinary speed and control of heaven and earth momentum initially put Huang Xiao at a disadvantage. Huang Xiao began using deceptive footwork to outmaneuver him, and Hu Wei realized he had attacked only an afterimage.

  • Hu Wei used his speed to strike Huang Xiao repeatedly, sending him crashing into a rock and drawing blood.
  • Huang Xiao recognized that Hu Wei relied on internal power rather than a movement technique and reassured Demon Phoenix that he had a plan.
  • Hu Wei controlled the surrounding heaven and earth momentum, reducing Huang Xiao's speed, but Huang Xiao kept moving and challenged him to attack.
  • Huang Xiao baited Hu Wei with a feint, then evaded his strike with footwork so quick that Hu Wei hit only an afterimage.

Ch. 1961Phantoms made real

Huang Xiao used formations in his footwork to create lifelike phantoms and shift around Hu Wei, leaving the Enlightenment Realm expert unable to track him. Hu Wei recognized that the images involved formations and chose to counter them with brute force, while Huang Xiao began conjuring illusions of attacking beasts.

  • Huang Xiao repeatedly appeared around Hu Wei and drove him back with attacks, baffling him with his apparent speed.
  • The Demon Phoenix realized Huang Xiao was using insights from Huo Lian’s formations to make his phantoms seem real and shift his position.
  • Hu Wei noticed formations were hidden in Huang Xiao’s Body Movement but decided to ignore them and break through with force.
  • Huang Xiao wondered why his blows had not injured Hu Wei, who remained guarded and difficult to harm.
  • A phantom tiger pounced at Hu Wei, then vanished when he struck it, and Huang Xiao followed with illusions of leopards, bears, eagles, and other beasts.

Ch. 1962Lulling the Enemy into Complacency

Huang Xiao used illusory birds and beasts to conceal Demon Phoenix’s ambush, severely injuring Hu Wei. As Huang Xiao and Demon Phoenix pressed their attack, Hu Wei suddenly recovered much of his strength and sent them flying before charging at Huang Xiao.

  • Huang Xiao refined his movement technique while distracting Hu Wei with afterimages and lifelike illusions.
  • Huang Xiao told Demon Phoenix to wait for a chance to strike, and it hid among the illusory creatures.
  • After Hu Wei destroyed Huang Xiao’s final afterimage, Demon Phoenix ambushed him from behind, allowing Huang Xiao to land a punch.
  • Hu Wei knocked Demon Phoenix back and retreated, badly injured, but Huang Xiao and Demon Phoenix charged at him to finish the fight.
  • Hu Wei’s weakened aura recovered, and he kicked Huang Xiao and Demon Phoenix away before rushing at Huang Xiao.

Ch. 1964Deathflame Possession

Huang Xiao and Demon Phoenix fought Hu Wei, whose rapid healing and superior strength kept them on the defensive. As Huang Xiao restrained Hu Wei, Demon Phoenix used Deathflame Possession and transformed into a streak of flame that struck him.

  • Hu Wei repeatedly wounded Huang Xiao, who healed quickly but remained weaker than him.
  • Demon Phoenix joined Huang Xiao against Hu Wei, but Hu Wei overpowered them both.
  • Huang Xiao launched a desperate assault as his Heavenly Demon Disintegration neared its limit.
  • Demon Phoenix's aura surged, and he wounded Hu Wei's hands with his talons before Hu Wei knocked him away.
  • Huang Xiao seized Hu Wei's hands, and Demon Phoenix used Deathflame Possession to slam into him as a streak of flame.

Ch. 1965Hindering Recovery

Huang Xiao and Demon Phoenix worked together to exploit Hu Wei’s inability to heal wounds scorched by Phoenix’s flames. Huang Xiao’s divine sense attack let him land a claw strike to Hu Wei’s chest, but Hu Wei survived and retreated with five bloody holes.

  • Demon Phoenix clung to Hu Wei and used his flames to hinder Hu Wei’s recovery while Huang Xiao attacked recklessly.
  • Hu Wei discovered that Phoenix’s flames had infiltrated his meridians and were preventing his minor injuries from healing.
  • Demon Phoenix made the flames erupt inside Hu Wei, unsettling him as Huang Xiao launched another attack.
  • Huang Xiao struck Hu Wei’s sea of consciousness with his divine sense and found that Hu Wei’s defenses were weak.
  • Huang Xiao drove a clawed hand into Hu Wei’s chest, missing his heart; Hu Wei withdrew with five bleeding wounds that the flames began to scorch.

Ch. 1966Tearing Off His Limbs

Huang Xiao and the Demon Phoenix captured Hu Wei after weakening his recovery, then maimed him to prevent him from resisting. Huang Xiao began questioning him about his cultivation method while recovering nearby, but Hu Wei refused to speak and the Demon Phoenix started torturing him.

  • Huang Xiao struck Hu Wei down while the Demon Phoenix’s Deathflame Possession suppressed his recovery.
  • The Demon Phoenix tore off Hu Wei’s hands and feet so he could not fight back or escape.
  • Huang Xiao and the Demon Phoenix took Hu Wei to a secluded place for interrogation.
  • Huang Xiao asked Hu Wei about his cultivation method and offered him a quick death if he answered, but Hu Wei remained silent.
  • Huang Xiao formed a barrier and regulated his breathing while the Demon Phoenix tortured Hu Wei, who still revealed nothing.

Ch. 1967A Section Remained

Huang Xiao and the Demon Phoenix kept Hu Wei captive to extract his healing cultivation method, but Huang Xiao grew suspicious when Hu Wei unexpectedly spoke. He tore open Hu Wei’s sleeve and discovered that part of the supposedly severed arm remained, revealing that something was wrong.

  • Huang Xiao told the Demon Phoenix to kill Hu Wei, but the Demon Phoenix asked for one more night to interrogate him.
  • Huang Xiao agreed to let the Demon Phoenix question Hu Wei for one hour the next morning before killing him.
  • During the night, Huang Xiao heard a sound and checked that Hu Wei was still in place with his acupoints sealed.
  • Huang Xiao realized Hu Wei’s sudden talking seemed like a distraction and searched him.
  • Huang Xiao tore off Hu Wei’s right sleeve, and the Demon Phoenix was shocked to see a section of arm still attached.

Ch. 1968Limb Regeneration

Huang Xiao and Demon Phoenix discovered that Hu Wei’s cultivation method was regenerating his severed limbs and considered how it might complement Huang Xiao’s own techniques. Hu Wei refused to teach them, and Huang Xiao stopped Demon Phoenix from forcing him because a falsified method could be deadly.

  • Huang Xiao and Demon Phoenix found newly grown arms and legs beneath Hu Wei’s clothes and learned that his cultivation method could regenerate severed limbs.
  • Huang Xiao explained that Hu Wei’s method created new flesh, unlike his own technique for repairing damaged tissue, and considered how it might address weaknesses in the Ghost Spirit Indestructible Art.
  • Huang Xiao told Hu Wei that Zhen Heng had passed him a cultivation method and explained that he hoped to learn Hu Wei’s technique to improve one of his own creations.
  • Hu Wei refused to teach the method, and Demon Phoenix threatened to torture him for it.
  • Huang Xiao stopped Demon Phoenix from interrogating Hu Wei, warning that Hu Wei might corrupt the method and cause them serious harm.

Ch. 1969Demon Life Art

Huang Xiao and Demon Phoenix used a Divine Sense attack and Demon Phoenix's bewitchment to question Hu Wei about his limb-regrowing ability. Hu Wei revealed that it came from his younger brother's true qi and the unfinished Demon Life Art, leaving Huang Xiao with a new lead.

  • Huang Xiao used a Divine Sense attack to shake Hu Wei's consciousness, giving Demon Phoenix a chance to bewitch him.
  • Demon Phoenix controlled Hu Wei and ordered him to answer Huang Xiao's questions before the bewitchment wore off.
  • Hu Wei said he could not teach the limb-regrowing method because he did not understand it himself.
  • Hu Wei explained that his younger brother's true qi let him recover quickly and that he stored it in his Dantian.
  • Hu Wei revealed that his younger brother had created the unfinished Demon Life Art and had refused to teach it to him.

Ch. 1970Abusing Power for Personal Gain

Huang Xiao and Demon Phoenix questioned Hu Wei about his younger brother’s limb-regenerating cultivation method, but Hu Wei revealed little before Huang Xiao killed him. Huang Xiao then searched Hu Wei’s belongings and found a jade pendant he thought would be useful.

  • Huang Xiao learned from Hu Wei that his younger brother had been in the Enlightenment Realm and possessed a method that could regenerate severed limbs.
  • Demon Phoenix’s hypnosis wore off, and Hu Wei realized he had been bewitched and refused to reveal more about the cultivation method.
  • Hu Wei mocked Huang Xiao and said his brother would avenge him, so Huang Xiao killed him with a strike to the Baihui Point.
  • Demon Phoenix offered to burn Hu Wei’s corpse, but Huang Xiao stopped him and searched the body.
  • Huang Xiao found silver notes, medicinal pills, and a jade pendant, then decided the pendant would do.

Ch. 1971The Concealed Formation Eye

Huang Xiao and Demon Phoenix searched for the Grand Formation’s formation eye, but Huang Xiao could not break the concealing formation. He sensed Huo Lian’s Heavenly Demon True Qi nearby and planned to try drawing on it for strength.

  • Huang Xiao kept Hu Wei’s jade pendant to help lure Hu Wei’s younger brother out of the Demon Spirit Sect, then Demon Phoenix burned Hu Wei’s body and silver notes.
  • Huang Xiao and Demon Phoenix discussed the limits of the Bewitching Soul Method and agreed they needed to find the formation eye before facing stronger enemies.
  • The next day, Huang Xiao located the formation eye beneath a concealing formation but said he could not break it in time.
  • Huang Xiao sensed the true qi Huo Lian had left behind and identified it as Heavenly Demon True Qi.
  • Huang Xiao agreed to try using the Heavenly Demon True Qi to strengthen himself.

Ch. 1972Heavenly Demon Imperishable True Qi

Huang Xiao discovered that the Patriarch’s Heavenly Demon Imperishable True Qi was too unstable to keep in his Dantian for long, but he could use it briefly while near its source. He and Demon Phoenix decided to hunt the Enlightenment Realm experts and lure any dangerous pursuers back to the area, where Huang Xiao could draw on the true qi.

  • Huang Xiao sensed the Patriarch’s power and refined a strand of Heavenly Demon Imperishable True Qi.
  • Demon Phoenix urged Huang Xiao to refine more, but Huang Xiao warned that the true qi felt unstable and unlike Supreme Demonic Qi.
  • A powerful aura erupted from Huang Xiao before the refined true qi dissipated from his Dantian.
  • Huang Xiao concluded that he could still use the true qi briefly before it vanished, but only while he remained near its source.
  • Huang Xiao and Demon Phoenix planned to seek out the Enlightenment Realm experts and retreat to the area if they met opponents they could not handle.

Ch. 1973Retrieving the Blade

Huo Lian went to Dragon Mountain to retrieve Dragon Fang from Baili Zhen, revealing that the blade gathered Dragon Qi for a formation channeling the Dragon Burial Ground’s Dragon Vein Qi to Mist Mountain. As Huo Lian prepared to draw it, Baili Zhen learned that removing Dragon Fang would stop the formation, while Hong Yi wondered about the old man’s identity.

  • Huo Lian left Mist Mountain and went to Dragon Mountain, where he found Baili Zhen teaching Hong Yi the Subduing Dragon Palm.
  • Huo Lian told Baili Zhen he had come to retrieve Dragon Fang, and Baili Zhen led him to the blade with Hong Yi following.
  • Baili Zhen asked why Huo Lian had waited so long, and Huo Lian said retrieving the blade had to benefit him.
  • Huo Lian revealed that Dragon Fang gathered Dragon Qi to channel the Dragon Burial Ground’s Dragon Vein Qi to Mist Mountain.
  • Huo Lian explained that Dragon Fang was the formation eye and said the formation would stop working without it, then prepared to draw the blade.

Ch. 1974Essence Blood Surged Forth

Huo Lian pulled Dragon Fang from the formation, causing the dragon qi to erupt and the essence blood to pour out. Baili Zhen sent Hong Yi into the essence blood to cultivate, while Hong Yi resolved to grow stronger so he could find out whether Huang Xiao was his brother.

  • Huo Lian suppressed Dragon Fang and pulled it from the formation, releasing the spectral dragons and disrupting the formation.
  • Baili Zhen tried to absorb the spectral dragons' dragon qi, but five of them struck him and drove him back to Hong Yi.
  • Huo Lian raised Dragon Fang, which swallowed the spectral dragons, then told Baili Zhen the remaining dragon qi was his to use.
  • Hong Yi noticed essence blood surging from the slot left by Dragon Fang, and Baili Zhen threw him into it to cultivate.
  • Hong Yi heard Baili Zhen and Huo Lian discuss Huang Xiao and decided to become strong enough to leave and learn whether Huang Xiao was his brother.

Ch. 1975Two refusals

Huo Lian tried twice to recruit Baili Zhen for the dangers of the Demon Hall’s Thousand-Year Period, but Baili Zhen refused both times. Huo Lian left after warning that Baili Zhen could not match Leng Guhan, whom he considered the world’s foremost swordsman.

  • Huo Lian revealed himself as a former Demon Hall Master and offered Baili Zhen a chance to follow him, but Baili Zhen refused to become his pawn.
  • Baili Zhen challenged Huo Lian, who said he would only consider fighting him after he defeated Leng Guhan.
  • Huo Lian explained that Leng Guhan had gained cultivation methods through a partner from the Evil Water Region and had surpassed the sword masters of his generation.
  • Huo Lian argued that Tan Ming had likely fallen behind Leng Guhan while pursuing the Xuanyuan Sword, but said Li Bai might still have a chance to match him.
  • Baili Zhen questioned why Huo Lian praised a disciple of the Three Immortal Mountains, and Huo Lian replied that he no longer belonged to the Demon Hall.
  • Huo Lian made a second offer for Baili Zhen to join him, but Baili Zhen refused again, so Huo Lian left.

Ch. 1976Essence Blood Flowed Back

After Huo Lian left, Baili Zhen explained the Demon Hall’s Thousand-Year Period and urged Hong Yi to grow strong enough to inherit his arts. The essence blood then flowed back into Dragon Fang’s slot, but Hong Yi’s aura continued to rise, bringing him close to the Void Martial Realm.

  • Hong Yi asked Baili Zhen whether Huo Lian had been the Demon Hall Master, and Baili Zhen confirmed that he was the previous Hall Master.
  • Baili Zhen told Hong Yi that the Demon Hall’s Thousand-Year Period targeted Jianghu experts, including lone wanderers, and that he might not survive it.
  • Baili Zhen asked Hong Yi to improve his strength and inherit his supreme arts, and Hong Yi promised not to disappoint him.
  • The mountain trembled as the essence blood and Dragon Qi flowed back into the slot left by Dragon Fang.
  • Hong Yi released his aura, and Baili Zhen noticed that his strength was still climbing toward the Void Martial Realm.

Ch. 1977The Enormous Dragon Head

Baili Zhen watched a powerful Dragon Qi manifestation form while Hong Yi lost control of his True Qi. The dragon head swallowed Hong Yi and vanished into the mountain, leaving Baili Zhen unable to sense him and furious at the loss of his disciple.

  • A massive Dragon Qi aura gathered in the air as Hong Yi continued radiating power, and Baili Zhen told him to stop.
  • Hong Yi could not control his True Qi, and Baili Zhen was blocked by a solid barrier of Dragon Qi when he tried to help.
  • An enormous dragon head appeared, swallowed Hong Yi, and evaded Baili Zhen's palm strike.
  • The dragon head plunged into the mountain peak with Hong Yi inside, and Baili Zhen lost track of Hong Yi's aura.
  • Baili Zhen became enraged, believing the dragon head had destroyed his hopes of passing on his supreme arts.

Ch. 1978The Mountain Exploded

Baili Zhen fought the dragon-qi head that had swallowed him, then absorbed its power while searching for Hong Yi. The mountain suddenly exploded and vanished along with Hong Yi, leaving Baili Zhen convinced that a formation had transported them away and determined to confront Huo Lian.

  • Baili Zhen battered the mountain until a dragon-qi head appeared and swallowed him.
  • Baili Zhen used his Subduing Dragon Palm to tear the dragon-qi head apart and absorbed its qi, gaining strength and scale-like patterns on his hands.
  • Baili Zhen prepared to attack the mountain again while searching for Hong Yi, but the mountain began shaking violently.
  • The mountain exploded, and Baili Zhen could no longer sense Hong Yi, the dragon qi, or the dragon blood essence.
  • Baili Zhen concluded that a formation had transported them away, blamed Huo Lian for tampering with it, and left Dragon Mountain to demand an explanation.

Ch. 1979Twenty-Seven Days

After killing twenty-eight opponents in twenty-seven days, Huang Xiao and Demon Phoenix returned injured toward the formation eye, expecting only two enemies to remain. An old man ambushed them near their destination, and Demon Phoenix used Death Flame Possession to attack him.

  • Huang Xiao and Demon Phoenix recovered from their wounds after killing three Enlightenment Realm experts far from the formation eye.
  • Demon Phoenix estimated that the third batch contained ten powerful opponents, and Huang Xiao concluded that the Patriarch had lied about facing a hundred enemies.
  • Huang Xiao and Demon Phoenix headed back toward the formation eye while healing, believing two opponents remained.
  • An old man emerged from behind a tree and attacked Huang Xiao, suspecting that he and Demon Phoenix had killed the Enlightenment Realm experts.
  • Huang Xiao fought back with the Sixth Form of the Heavenly Demon Demon Saber, while Demon Phoenix transformed into flames and used Death Flame Possession on the old man.

Ch. 1980Truly Rotten Luck

After defeating another Enlightenment Realm expert, Huang Xiao and Demon Phoenix reached the Formation Eye, where Chen Mu ambushed Huang Xiao and killed him. Demon Phoenix believed Huang Xiao could revive and tried to keep Chen Mu occupied, while learning that Huo Lian had arranged the attack to force Huang Xiao to grow stronger.

  • Huang Xiao killed the old man after Demon Phoenix weakened him with Death Flame Possession, then the two continued toward the Formation Eye.
  • Huang Xiao and Demon Phoenix reached the Formation Eye without further trouble and relaxed, believing only one enemy remained.
  • Chen Mu appeared and stabbed Huang Xiao through the heart before Huang Xiao could react, leaving him seemingly dead.
  • Demon Phoenix attacked Chen Mu but was struck by Sword Qi and realized Chen Mu was stronger than the other Enlightenment Realm experts they had faced.
  • Chen Mu revealed he had killed Huang Xiao on Huo Lian's orders to protect Pang Yi's position, while Demon Phoenix believed Huang Xiao could revive because his head remained intact.

Ch. 1981No Longer in a Hurry

After killing Huang Xiao, Chen Mu tried to force Demon Phoenix to submit, confident he could capture the young divine beast without trouble. Demon Phoenix's flames eventually penetrated Chen Mu's protective true qi, leaving Chen Mu facing a threat he had underestimated.

  • Chen Mu told Demon Phoenix that he had killed Huang Xiao and demanded that the phoenix submit to him.
  • Demon Phoenix refused, declaring that he would avenge Huang Xiao, and attacked Chen Mu.
  • Chen Mu repeatedly knocked Demon Phoenix away and warned him to stop resisting, but Demon Phoenix rose from the crater and clung to Chen Mu.
  • Chen Mu initially dismissed Demon Phoenix's flames, but then discovered that they had invaded his true qi and begun burning his meridians.
  • Demon Phoenix laughed and vowed to burn Chen Mu to ashes.

Ch. 1982Severing His True Qi

Chen Mu expelled Demon Phoenix’s flames by discarding the True Qi they had contaminated, weakening himself in the process. Demon Phoenix and the recovered Huang Xiao joined forces to attack him, leaving Chen Mu facing both enemies at once.

  • Demon Phoenix’s flames failed to harm Chen Mu, who forced Demon Phoenix out of his Death Flame Possession and back into his original form.
  • Demon Phoenix realized that his flame aura had mixed with Chen Mu’s True Qi and charged while Chen Mu tried to suppress it, but Chen Mu sent him flying with a slap.
  • After a voice transmission urged him to attack, Demon Phoenix unleashed his Nirvana Flame as Chen Mu discarded contaminated True Qi and lost some of his strength.
  • Chen Mu tried to evade Demon Phoenix, but Huang Xiao attacked from behind; Chen Mu blocked the strike and took Demon Phoenix’s talons in his left arm.
  • Chen Mu saw that Huang Xiao had survived and healed his chest wound, and Huang Xiao and Demon Phoenix agreed to attack him together.
