Having collected everything of value on Barren Mountain, Han Shuo looked up into the distance and discovered that the more than three thousand zombies marching in a vast procession toward the Xilun Duchy were turning to ash beneath the sacred light. In just a few minutes, not a single one remained.
Through a Yin Demon's vision, Han Shuo saw four people approaching on warhorses. Three wore silver-gray armor with the cross of the Church of Light engraved on their breastplates. A light mage in white priestly robes held a thick scripture, and every time he turned a page, a vast surge of divine power spilled forth.
Helen Tina of the Xilun Duchy rode her Fire Phoenix alongside the four of them. Her lovely face was filled with fury and chilling murderous intent as she rapidly approached Barren Mountain.
A Yin Demon sent to investigate was about to draw closer for a clear look at them when the white-robed light mage holding the scripture seemed to notice something. His wise, bright eyes glanced toward the Yin Demon, and he turned another page of the scripture in his hands. A beam of white light suddenly shot from that page, instantly striking the invisible, formless Yin Demon.
When the beam of white light struck the Yin Demon, a strange power enveloped the creature Han Shuo had spent so many materials refining. It was reduced to ash in an instant, and even the soul
