"Aaagh..."
A piercing scream came from the tent over there. The abruptly cut-off cry was so agonized that even the magic barrier could not completely contain its sound. With his keen senses, Han Shuo faintly caught its lingering echo.
The sole remaining yin demon slowly scouted in that direction. Before it could approach the area, however, Han Shuo sensed magical fluctuations spreading outward like ripples in water. His considerable knowledge immediately told him this was a Soul Search spell, and he hastily recalled the yin demon from the area.
After the Soul Search spell, a dazzling rift suddenly opened in the sky, like a bright eye surveying the surroundings.
Han Shuo immediately held his breath and focused his mind, entering a state without the slightest fluctuation, his body completely concealed within the thick branches and leaves of a tree.
The fluctuations of the Soul Search spell spread like ripples on water. As they passed over Han Shuo, he merely felt a slight chill. With his consciousness tightly sealed, he easily evaded the Soul Search spell.
"Someone's here!" A quiet exclamation suddenly sounded inside the tent.
A shadow shot out of the tent like lightning. A squad of knights followed this powerful figure from the tent, swiftly pursuing toward the east.
Rustling rapidly came from that area. Han Shuo distinctly heard someone swiftly leaving the place guarded by the knights. It seemed someone else was also watching these knight regiments from the Bart Trade Alliance, but apparently they had not concealed themselves carefully enough and had been detected.
Han Shuo remained motionless where he was, his gaze crossing the long distance to settle on the tents in the center. He released the yin demon he had just recalled once more, sending it toward the source of the sound.
