Divine Grace Pharmacy had vanished completely from Shadow City, replaced by Han Shuo's Divine Grace Pharmacy. But only after Han Shuo truly took over everything did he realize how much effort managing such a vast operation would take.
Before absorbing Divine Grace Pharmacy, he had handled everything at Celestial Pivot Pharmacy himself. Gathering medicinal ingredients, refining pills, and selling them were three things Han Shuo could manage alone. But after absorbing Divine Grace Pharmacy, making use of such enormous resources was far beyond what he could do by himself.
Gathering medicinal ingredients, storing potions, refining potions, and sales all needed to be divided into separate operations. This meant Celestial Pivot Pharmacy needed more than just alchemists. Han Shuo immediately realized that he was desperately short of staff, and another round of recruitment began...
Han Shuo lacked many kinds of skilled personnel. He spent a great deal of time recruiting, but still could not find enough people. Those skilled in business management were particularly hard to find, and Han Shuo himself was not well versed in running a business. This gave him another headache.
Andrei and members of the major families did recommend some capable people to Han Shuo. However, all of them had some connection to their families, and Han Shuo feared that one day the major families would learn of every little development at Celestial Pivot Pharmacy. He reluctantly turned down their recommendations and racked his brains over the pharmacy's affairs.
Han Shuo had long since moved into the former Divine Grace Pharmacy, and all seventeen shops of various sizes that had belonged to Divine Grace Pharmacy throughout Shadow City were now in his hands. Yet two months passed, and Celestial Pivot Pharmacy still had not opened. It remained unable to operate normally because of insufficient staff.
