Uchiha Minamoto defeated Obito Uchiha, freed Kurama, and restored Naruto Uzumaki’s identity as Minato Namikaze’s son. After announcing Obito’s public execution, Minamoto spent his accumulated points to obtain the Great Sun Sage Body.

• Uchiha Minamoto completed Kakashi Hatake’s Byakugan transplant, then joined Mei Terumi in confronting Obito Uchiha and his Kirigakure ambush.
• Uchiha Minamoto defeated and sealed Obito Uchiha, while Mei Terumi welcomed Juzo Biwa back to Kirigakure and took Kisame Hoshigaki into custody.
• Uchiha Minamoto brought Gyuki and Isobu to meet Kurama, then took Naruto Uzumaki and Tsunade to the reservoir to remove Naruto’s seal.
• Uchiha Minamoto revealed Obito Uchiha’s role in the Nine-Tails’ Attack to Minato Namikaze and Kushina Uzumaki, then used Limited Tsukuyomi to give them time with Naruto.

Uchiha Minamoto forced Iwagakure to surrender the Four-Tails and Five-Tails, freed them, and prepared a Five Kage Summit as the Akatsuki’s threat came into focus. Back in Konoha, he executed Obito Uchiha and gained a powerful space-time dōjutsu, leaving Jiraiya hesitant to meet Naruto and Minamoto.

• Uchiha Minamoto exposed Obito Uchiha as the culprit behind the Nine-Tails’ Attack, then prepared to execute him publicly while searching for Black Zetsu and dealing with Root’s remaining forces.
• Uchiha Minamoto infiltrated an Akatsuki meeting as Obito, Kisame, and Jūzō, revealed himself as the Fifth Hokage, and demanded that Pain hand over the Seven-Tails.
• Uchiha Minamoto confronted Ōnoki at Iwagakure, defeated Roshi and Han’s resistance, and forced Ōnoki to sign a treaty returning the Four-Tails and Five-Tails.
• Uchiha Minamoto freed Son Goku and Kokuō from Roshi and Han, signed summoning contracts with them, and warned Ōnoki that the Akatsuki was hunting Tailed Beasts.

Uchiha Minamoto revived Kushina Uzumaki and Minato Namikaze, restored Kurama to his full strength, and brought new Uzumaki guests to Konoha. He then began reorganizing the village and investigated Akatsuki with Jiraiya, leaving plans for a future assault on Amegakure as Orochimaru studied a living White Zetsu.

• Uchiha Minamoto burned Obito Uchiha’s corpse, chose a living White Zetsu as an Impure World Reincarnation sacrifice, and began preparing to release Minato Namikaze’s soul from the Shinigami seal.
• Uchiha Minamoto revived Kushina Uzumaki, who reunited with Naruto Uzumaki, and then released Minato Namikaze’s soul and reincarnated him in a White Zetsu body.
• Minato Namikaze transferred the Yin Nine-Tails’ chakra into the Yang Nine-Tails, restoring Kurama to his complete form, and Naruto and Minato signed summoning contracts with him.
• Uchiha Minamoto welcomed Momo-hime, Karin, and Ryūzetsu to Konoha, while Tsunade warned that Momo-hime’s vitality was nearly depleted.
• Uchiha Minamoto and Minato Namikaze planned to abolish the Anbu and expand the Konoha Military Police Force, reassigned Anbu members, and placed Uchiha Itachi on gate security.
• Uchiha Rai arrested Jiraiya for peeping, and Jiraiya learned that Minato and Kushina had been resurrected before sharing intelligence about Akatsuki and Pain with Uchiha Minamoto.

• At an Underground Base in the Land of Fields, Black Zetsu urged Orochimaru to hurry his dissection of a living White Zetsu, whose compatibility with Hashirama cells and Wood Release impressed Orochimaru.

Orochimaru refined Impure World Reincarnation while Uchiha Minamoto and the revived Senju brothers uncovered Madara Uchiha’s likely role in the White Zetsu and Akatsuki. As the Five Kage Summit approached, Obito Uchiha was revived and joined Pain’s plan to attack it.

• Orochimaru summoned Hashirama Senju with a White Zetsu sacrifice, but Hashirama broke free, attacked the laboratory, and returned to the Pure Land after Orochimaru released the jutsu.
• Black Zetsu supplied Orochimaru with White Zetsu, fragments of Obito Uchiha, and Madara Uchiha’s corpse as Orochimaru prepared to improve the jutsu and build an army.
• Uchiha Minamoto revived Hashirama Senju and Tobirama Senju, who learned how Madara Uchiha, Obito Uchiha, and the White Zetsu were connected and agreed to investigate Madara’s possible hiding place in the Land of Iron.
• Uchiha Minamoto prepared to attend the Five Kage Summit with Shisui Uchiha, Kakashi Hatake, Tsunade, Hashirama Senju, and Tobirama Senju as the other villages’ Kage departed for Three Wolves Mountain.
• Pain announced his intention to attack the Five Kage Summit, while Black Zetsu reported that Orochimaru had entered the Land of Wind and contacted Sasori.
• Orochimaru used a living White Zetsu to revive Obito Uchiha, who regained the use of his Mangekyō Sharingan and learned that Pain planned to attack the summit.
• Obito Uchiha went to Amegakure to join Pain’s plan, claimed he could use Kamui again, and heard Nagato ask whether he had come for Rinne Rebirth.
