"Who are these two children?" Mitokado Homura asked.
"If you want to know exactly who they are, why not ask the Chief Examiner?" Orochimaru said with a hint of mockery.
The Third Hokage seemed to have guessed their identities as well, but he still wanted a definite answer from the Chief Examiner, so he looked at him.
The Chief Examiner immediately replied, "These two are Uchiha Yefeng's teammates."
"How is that possible? Weren't Uchiha Yefeng's teammates all killed? These two are clearly still alive." Utatane Koharu spoke up again.
"I never said I killed them. I only said I dealt with them," Ye Feng said, putting on an innocent expression.
That expression disgusted Shimura Danzō so much that he wanted to go over and give Uchiha Yefeng a beating.
"Old man, these two are the culprits who attacked Ye Feng earlier. They're only unconscious right now. You'd best hand them over to the Analysis Team to have their memories read," Orochimaru said leisurely.
Shimura Danzō wanted to stop this, but he could not speak up. If he did, combined with his earlier behavior, he would practically be advertising his guilt.
Utatane Koharu, however, spoke up for Shimura Danzō. "They're all Konoha ninja. Isn't reading their memories outright too cruel?"
"Oh? Now you know what cruelty is? These two were willing to die along with Uchiha Yefeng. They're clearly trained suicide operatives. If we don't read their memories now, are we supposed to wait until they kill themselves?"
Orochimaru's retort left Utatane Koharu's face full of anger, but she said nothing.
The Third Hokage did not want to watch this farce continue, especially with others present, so he waved a hand.
An Anbu ninja appeared.
"Take these two to the Analysis Team. Have them prioritize reading their memories, then report back."
