As everyone left, Ye Feng slowly let out a breath and fixed his gaze on the Lightning Dragon in the sky.
The man and dragon simply stared at each other, neither launching an attack.
After a long while, the pressure in the sky finally built to a certain level and came pouring down with terrifying force. Ye Feng knew the tribulation lightning was about to begin.
Sure enough, the next second, the Lightning Dragon impatiently shot down toward Ye Feng, opening its enormous, bloody maw as though it wanted to swallow him whole.
Yet Ye Feng did not move at all. He let the pressure pour over him, showing no intention of dodging even that gaping maw.
The next second, the Lightning Dragon swallowed Ye Feng, and countless bolts of lightning swept over his entire body.
In an instant, all the clothes on Ye Feng's body turned to dust, revealing his naked form and perfectly sculpted muscles.
But every bolt that struck Ye Feng blackened the skin where it landed. Seemingly oblivious, Ye Feng remained completely still, watching as the lightning scorched him black all over.
There was not a trace of pain on Ye Feng's face, however. Instead, a smile appeared.
That was because Ye Feng could clearly feel that, even as the lightning injured him, the remaining lightning power was surging wildly through his body.
Not only did this lightning cause Ye Feng no harm, it stimulated his cells, imperceptibly strengthening his body. This was also why Ye Feng had chosen to withstand the tribulation lightning head-on.
Soon, the first bolt of tribulation lightning passed just like that. Though Ye Feng looked utterly miserable, he was actually completely fine.
For the second and third bolts, Ye Feng still chose to endure them with his body.
But by the
