Mathis led this contingent of Blood Elf troops toward the Ancestor's Grounds, alongside the Mag'har Orc army led by Garrosh.
Under Mother Kashur's guidance, Garrosh quickly established the objective of this operation: to venture deep inside the Holy Mountain, Oshu'gun. Mother Kashur accompanied the army in spirit form.
The twenty-five thousand Blood Elf troops and the Mag'har Orcs, who had mobilized almost their entire force, rested briefly at the Ancestor's Grounds before entering the Spirit Plains. Along the way, apart from the mindlessly rampaging elemental creatures and Voidwalkers, which were destroyed outright, most Ethereals and wild animals fled at word of their approach. The demons retreated inside Oshu'gun, and the whole mountain fell into a state of alarm, seeing enemies in every shadow.
Massed troops occupied the entire diamond mountain of Oshu'gun. After a thorough search, the allied army finally discovered a small path leading inside. Once they had cleared out the Terrorguards and Shadow Council warlocks, the allied forces finally entered the orcs' ancestral grounds within Oshu'gun.
"These ancestors have been enslaved by demons." Garrosh's eyes turned bloodshot at the sight of the orc ancestors' souls under demonic control. Mother Kashur and Prophet Kaurhuk, who had accompanied them, could no longer remain calm either.
Mathis casually knocked down a Terrorguard preparing to ambush him with a Crusader Strike. "This familiar feeling... I have a bad feeling about this."
As they ventured deeper, they kept rescuing the souls of orc ancestors. When they reached the center of Oshu'gun, realization dawned on Mathis. "This shouldn't be your Holy Mountain. This is a Naaru ship."
Prophet Kaurhuk and the other orcs could scarcely imagine it. "That's impossible. This is the Holy Mountain our orc ancestors have worshipped for generations. Here, our prophets and shamans can gain the ability to communicate with
