The people of Kul Tiras lived off the sea, and control of the seas mattered more to them than anything else. After the Naga joined the Arcane Pact, the Carrier Battle Group Patrick had created could be called Azeroth's foremost weapon of naval warfare. It was only natural that Tandred had thrown his support entirely behind Quel'Thalas.

In his eyes, those elves at least had no interest in other territories, nor were they as greedy as goblins and pirates. The experiences of the Lordaeron Remnants made that clear. Even though Arthas had invaded Quel'Thalas, Silvermoon City's aid to the Silver Hand was everywhere. Moreover, Daelin had already dealt with Quel'Thalas during the Second War. Tandred considered Quel'Thalas an absolutely reliable ally.

"We gained a great deal this time. At least Kul Tiras can slowly regain its stability," Tandred said to Jaina Goldsword, who had accompanied him earlier.

"Now that we have navigation rights, we can continue restoring order within the kingdom through trade, and even expand our armaments and rebuild our fleet. I believe it won't be long before the people who fled their homes return to their homeland." Jaina, too, was filled with feeling. Her life with Daelin had actually been uneventful all these years, but after Daelin was betrayed by his own daughter, life throughout Kul Tiras had grown increasingly difficult. Many people had left their homes in search of somewhere more peaceful to live.

"Aside from those Zandalari Trolls affecting our overseas trade, we have nothing to worry about. Regent Cabrolon has hired Naga to protect the convoys. When it comes to naval warfare, we have absolutely nothing to fear."

Tandred watched the pedestrians passing outside the castle. This was the first time Kul Tiras had put up festive lights and decorations since Daelin's death in battle.
