Eastern Kingdoms, Quel'Thalas.
Patrick returned to Quel'Thalas. Before that, Kael'thas had already negotiated with Calia Menethil and Alonsus Faol in his capacity as Prince of Quel'Thalas, making it clear that the Arcane Pact could not stand idly by over what was happening within the Kingdom of Gilneas.
This was exactly what Lordaeron wanted. Having always regarded the Arcane Pact as the Alliance of Lordaeron, they were extremely eager to bring their former allies into the fold and restore Lordaeron's glory.
Kul Tiras followed Quel'Thalas's lead completely. Since Quel'Thalas was now the strongest naval power, there was nothing strange about Kul Tiras's actions. Stromgarde and Aerie Peak depended on Quel'Thalas, but they had ideas of their own. After all, the destruction of the Kingdom of Alterac was right before their eyes, and they did not want to become puppets.
Duke Falconcrest wanted to use Quel'Thalas's national strength to restore the Kingdom of Alterac. As for Grizzly Hills and the Tuskarr, the former had seen the High Elves' friendship, while the latter simply wanted to ride the Covenant's coattails.
But it did not matter. Patrick would not concern himself with those minor details.
After he returned to Quel'Thalas, word came from Kael'thas that Lordaeron was willing to send troops to the Kingdom of Gilneas to investigate, as well as persuade Genn Greymane to join the Arcane Pact.
The Lordaeron Remnants had long yearned for the Kingdom of Gilneas to join. Since Kael'thas had taken the initiative to negotiate, Alonsus Faol naturally went along with it.
Lordaeron's army assembled at Corin's Crossing, then entered the Western Plaguelands, passing through Andorhal and Strahnbrad into the former territory of the Kingdom of Alterac before proceeding to Silverpine Forest.
Meanwhile, the High Elf army led by Patrick teleported directly to Caer Darrow Island in Lake Darrowmere,
