This was a race that combined Rukhmar's strength and splendor with Anzu's cunning and wisdom. Rukhmar called them Arakkoa, and she hoped that one day they could return to Arak and reclaim their homeland.
Rukhmar watched over the Arakkoa. They conquered the wilderness, drove out great beasts, and founded Draenor's first civilization, Apexis, an immensely powerful empire.
Even now, though Apexis had declined, even when Outland lay shattered, the Apexis sun-shapers Viyolix and Kalashkex could still use the Holy Light to power Apexis Destroyers and dominate their own territories.

But Rukhmar's priests had never dreamed that Terokk would stubbornly survive in the foul blood. Afterward, he accepted Anzu's blessing and established Skettis, a place far from Sethe's curse and Rukhmar's priests.
Unfortunately, the good times did not last. Sethe's curse had already tormented Terokk to the brink of madness, and he attempted to sacrifice his own people to stop it. An unprecedented civil war broke out within Skettis. Some decided to stop Terokk's fall, some followed in his footsteps, and the rest fled to Shattrath, where A'dal accepted them.
In the end, Terokk was sealed away, but the Talon Priests who followed him still sought to break the seal and release him.
"As expected of an ancient deity." Patrick floated in midair, looking down at the foul blood below. Even after the passage of so many years,
