A man hovered in midair without the aid of anything, his entire being radiating an invisible pressure. When he opened his eyes, a pair of purple Rinnegan filled with mystery stared straight down at Anyo.
"Your path ends here."
Looking at the Rinnegan he had spent so long searching for, Anyo found it ironic. Some things refused to appear no matter how desperately you searched for them, only to suddenly pop out and get on your nerves once you stopped caring.
Anyo said coldly, "I don't have time for you today. Get lost."
"I am Pain. I am a god. Your foolishness has succeeded in angering me."
Anyo held his blade across his chest, his gaze turning cold. "I'll say it one more time. Get out of my way."
Faced with Anyo's attitude, Pain said no more as he hovered in the air. His Rinnegan widened in anger, yet the very centers of his pupils were hollow. From that emptiness seeped anger from the depths of his soul.
"Banshō Ten'in."
A sphere resembling a black hole appeared in Pain's hand. As he gathered his chakra, a powerful gravitational force pulled fiercely at Anyo, sending his body flying involuntarily toward Pain.
At the same time, weapons emerged from all over the body of another man with the Rinnegan. He prepared a lethal strike along the path Anyo was being pulled through.
As though all the chakra in his body had been sealed, Anyo could offer no effective resistance. Like a magnet being drawn in, his body hurtled straight toward the other Pain's weapons.
