After returning to Konoha, Anyo first went to check on Minato. During the Chunin Ninja Exams, Minato had forcibly used power beyond what the Puppet's body could handle, greatly depleting his soul power. Even cultivating with the Spirit Transformation Technique replenished it very slowly.
After examining him, Anyo sighed in relief. Everything was normal; he simply needed time to recover. Once Anyo's own body was completely reconstructed, he could probably try returning Minato's soul to his flesh-and-blood body. Then a perfect Nine-Tails Jinchuriki with Hashirama cells would be born, one who had also mastered the Flying Thunder God Technique.
At that point, Minato could be called a combination of Hashirama and Tobirama. In terms of strength, even Anyo as he was now would not dare claim he could beat him for certain.
When he arrived at the Hokage Office, Tenten and her two teammates had already returned and were saying goodbye to the three from Sunagakure. This exchange had lasted a long time, allowing both sides to learn about each other's villages and dispelling much of their former resentment. Even Rock Lee and Gaara could chat and laugh together, with Rock Lee harboring no resentment over nearly being killed during the Chunin Ninja Exams.
When Tsunade saw Anyo arrive, she had the others leave.
"Did you come here this time just to have Yamato go to Sunagakure?"
Anyo had mentioned it before, and Tsunade had not refused. She simply had not expected him to be so impatient. Tenten and her teammates had only just returned, yet he had already rushed over to ask her for Yamato. She could not help wondering about it.
Anyo did not hide anything and said frankly, "I plan to have Yamato stay in Sunagakure long-term to help them develop the village."
