According to the anime's plot, Sasuke and Naruto should already have received Hagoromo's inheritance and obtained Six Paths power by now. Anyo checked with Soul Sensing, and sure enough, those two were rushing toward him. It seemed Hagoromo was still uneasy and had entrusted the remaining power of his soul to them. Those two only needed to act together, with Anyo's assistance, to easily seal the Chakra Progenitor before him, Kaguya.
Anyo and Kaguya faced each other without speaking. Observing her carefully, Anyo could feel the immense chakra within her just by standing there. She was on an entirely different level from Madara. Even Madara's regenerative ability had made him difficult to kill, and Kaguya would presumably be harder still. She could probably recover quickly from any injury, leaving sealing Kaguya Ōtsutsuki as the only option.
But Anyo did not think so. Kaguya Ōtsutsuki was not impossible to kill. She even faced some sort of threat; otherwise, why had she created an army of White Zetsu after the previous Infinite Tsukuyomi had emptied the entire world?
The best method would be to use the Spirit Transformation Technique to attack Kaguya Ōtsutsuki's soul and wear away all her mental will. Then she could be killed, but that was not Anyo's objective.
