Muzan Kibutsuji fled from the Hashira as they steered him toward a planned trap, while their taunts and his fear of Yoriichi Tsugikuni kept him from fighting back. After shrinking himself and hiding in a cloud of dust, he realized he had reached the Ubuyashiki Mansion, where Kagaya Ubuyashiki was waiting.

• The Hashira pursued Muzan Kibutsuji along a route planned as part of their trap, built around Tanjiro Kamado’s Blue Spider Lily revelation and Yoriichi’s assault on the Infinity Castle.
• Tengen Uzui observed Muzan Kibutsuji’s five brains and seven hearts through the Transparent World and noted that decapitating him would not kill him.
• Muzan Kibutsuji shrank to fingertip size and blasted dust into the air to conceal himself, making it harder for the Hashira to steer him toward their trap.
• Giyu Tomioka called Muzan Kibutsuji lame for spending nearly a thousand years finding ways to flee instead of fighting, angering him without changing his escape plan.

Muzan Kibutsuji fled the Demon Slayer Corps’ pursuit, mistook Kagaya Ubuyashiki’s mansion for a trap, and escaped a forest explosion by returning to the Infinity Castle. The chapter ended with Muzan recovering there as someone knocked at the door.

• Muzan Kibutsuji spotted Kagaya Ubuyashiki’s mansion but suspected it was a trap and kept fleeing; Kagaya’s Empty Fort Strategy had successfully made him turn away.

Yoriichi Tsugikuni and his allies forced their way into the Infinity Castle, where Lin Yoriichi quickly dismembered a weakened Muzan Kibutsuji. Muzan tried to flee and command the castle to teleport him away, but the Infinity Castle did not respond.

• Muzan Kibutsuji found one of the strange knives Yoriichi Tsugikuni had planted throughout the Infinity Castle and realized the knocking came from a passage being forced open.
• A passage opened, revealing Yoriichi Tsugikuni, Tamayo, the bald demon, and the Demon Slayer Corps' nine Hashira-level swordsmen.
• Lin Yoriichi used the Transparent World to locate Muzan Kibutsuji's five brains and seven hearts, then destroyed them and severed his neck with thirteen slashes.

Yoriichi Tsugikuni and the Demon Slayer Corps trapped Muzan Kibutsuji in the Infinity Castle after Yushiro seized control of it. As Lin Yoriichi cut down Muzan’s fragments, the demon’s last consciousness was distorted and returned to a memory of his first encounter with Yoriichi Tsugikuni.

• Muzan Kibutsuji realized Yushiro had taken control of the Infinity Castle and feared he could no longer escape Yoriichi Tsugikuni and the Hashira.

Muzan Kibutsuji’s consciousness was trapped in a repeating memory of his defeat by Yoriichi Tsugikuni until it was destroyed, and his body turned to ash. Lin Yoriichi learned that Tamayo had become human and planned to fulfill their agreement before atoning further, while Kyojuro Rengoku asked whether they could inform the Master of Muzan’s defeat.

• Muzan Kibutsuji relived his encounter with Yoriichi Tsugikuni in an endless loop created by Tamayo’s dream drug, until his consciousness was obliterated.
• Lin Yoriichi watched Muzan Kibutsuji’s body turn to ash, knowing that the demons across Japan would die with him.

After Muzan Kibutsuji’s defeat, Kagaya Ubuyashiki gathered the Demon Slayer Corps to celebrate their victory. Lin Yoriichi received a final message from Yoriichi Tsugikuni, reached a 90% restoration rate marked “Completed,” and ended the story with a group photograph and a promise to face any future demons.

• Kagaya Ubuyashiki learned that Muzan Kibutsuji had been eliminated, and Amane Ubuyashiki and Shinjuro Rengoku wept with relief.
• At Headquarters, the surviving Demon Slayers reunited, teased one another, and shared their hopes and regrets as Kagaya Ubuyashiki announced that the demons had disappeared and invited everyone to celebrate.
• During the celebration, Lin Yoriichi’s last vial of Dream Drug shattered, and he briefly heard Yoriichi Tsugikuni thank him before his restoration rate reached 90% and gained the label “Completed.”
• The photographer arrived after encountering a boar-headed, human-bodied monster, and Lin Yoriichi asked Kagaya Ubuyashiki what he would do if worse demons appeared.
• Kagaya Ubuyashiki answered that the Hashira’s blades held his answer, and the photographer captured the gathering as Lin Yoriichi called them “Destroyer of Demons.”
