Reincarnation Space

As he slept that night, Radeus felt as though he had dreamed of something strange.

In his dream, he saw the scene just after his death in his previous life.

He no longer particularly wanted to recall the experience of dying, but after his death, he seemed to have visited a special, pure-white space.

It was pure white in the literal sense. White was the only color in the entire space, and three orbs of light floated within it. Since they were white too, Li Hongyun did not notice them at first.

Then a voice came from somewhere, speaking fluent Chinese.

"Choose! Pick whichever one you like!"

Li Hongyun looked around the empty space, not knowing what he was supposed to choose. He simply wandered around, and after making a circuit, he discovered that the space itself was not very large, only about twenty square meters.

"Hey, what are you asking me to choose?!"

Left with no other option, Li Hongyun shouted into his surroundings, trying to get a response from that mysterious voice. Unfortunately, after its first sentence, the voice never responded again, no matter how much Li Hongyun called out.

"Fuck, is this some kind of idiocy? You want me to choose? At least give me something! What am I supposed to choose in all this white? Your white hair?"

Unable to find anything to choose, Li Hongyun wandered around the space for a long time, until he really could not stand this silent treatment anymore.

Li Hongyun started flailing his fists at the air. After a bout of thrashing around, he accidentally fell over.

"Fuck!"

Li Hongyun completely lost it!

Yet as he fell, Li Hongyun seemed to feel something, and his hand swept across it.

"Huh?!!!"

"No, you can't play like that! How can you pick three at once? That's against the rules, isn't it?"

For the first time, the voice that had been giving Li Hongyun the silent treatment sounded stunned. When Li Hongyun had spoken earlier, she had deliberately ignored him, just to see how he would react.

But after a string of curses, this guy had started flailing his fists, fallen over in the middle of it, and accidentally slapped all three orbs of light at once. Now it was his turn to lose it.

The owner of the voice rapidly flipped through a black-bound book, searching for something.

"Wait, nobody told me what to do in a situation like this!"

"How am I supposed to handle this? Can somebody come help?!"

After Li Hongyun touched those things, a black hole appeared right in the floor of the pure-white space and sucked him away.

The owner of the voice froze at the sight, standing motionless. Even when the black-bound book fell to the floor, he did not pick it up.

"Fuck! I'll never deliberately mess with people again, blending things into the surroundings and refusing to answer on purpose! I was wrong! So can you come back?"

The owner of the voice burst into tears, which streamed down drop by drop.

"I only just started this job! I don't want to lose it this soon!"

"Yamero! Come back, Li Hongyun!"

The rules had originally allowed each person to choose only one. Nothing like this had happened during her predecessor's tenure, or the one before that, but the moment she took over, this problem cropped up. What was she supposed to do? Waiting online for answers-kind of urgent!

"I swear I'll find you, Li! Hong! Yun! You bastard!"

After being sucked into the black hole, Li Hongyun received several pieces of information in his mind.

"Acquired Limitless, Ten Shadows Technique, and Malevolent Shrine."

"As you are the first reincarnator to discover a bug, you will receive two additional abilities, and all your abilities will be enhanced."

"Your abilities have changed. Acquired unlimited heavenly restriction-level body, Six Eyes: Modified, Modified Limitless, Modified Malevolent Shrine, and Modified Ten Shadows Technique."

"Ability changes complete. All the above costs will be borne by the person in charge of the Reincarnation Space. We wish you a wonderful life in your new world!"

"Huh? What happened?"

Li Hongyun was utterly baffled. Hadn't he just flailed his fists in a fit of frustration, managed to trip himself over, then inexplicably fallen into a black hole? Why were rewards suddenly pouring in?!

What did it mean, discovering a bug? Could somebody tell him what had happened? Had the heavens pulled some strings?

And all these cheats were abilities from Jujutsu Kaisen. Was he about to transmigrate into Jujutsu Kaisen?

Do I have to fight Sukuna too?

But if these cheats are real, sorry, Sukuna. You're the challenger.

Isn't Sukuna supposed to be hot shit? When the time comes, I'll just force Idle Transfiguration on him, turn him into a woman, and throw in a maid outfit. Hehe, Sukuna-chan...

Li Hongyun got so carried away with his fantasies that he forgot himself entirely.

"Dear Jujutsu Kaisen, your god has arrived!"

Meanwhile, back in the Reincarnation Space, a humanoid figure shrouded entirely in black descended into the space.

"Tia! Get out here!"

The black humanoid shouted impatiently the moment she arrived.

A white-haired, red-eyed little girl timidly emerged from a space off to one side, tears still flowing.

"Waaah, Betty-chan, please save me!"

"Cry, cry, cry! That's all you know how to do! I told you ages ago not to mess with people. Happy now? Look at the huge mess you've made!"

The black humanoid pointed at Tia and gave her a thorough scolding.

"I was wrong! I really know I was wrong! Is there any way to fix this?"

Tia kept wiping the tears from her face as she answered Betty between sobs.

"Now you know you were wrong? What were you doing before?"

"There's no undoing it now. The higher-ups have already handed the things out, and they've even given him a reward."

"Huh?"

Tia immediately stopped crying, because she knew she was already dead.

"They also upgraded all his abilities and rewarded him with two extra ones. And they used your money."

"Pfft!"

Unable to take it, Tia fainted on the spot.

Looking at the unconscious Tia, Betty merely spoke slowly.

"Playing dead won't help you now. The clock keeps ticking even while you're pretending to be unconscious. The higher-ups have issued your punishment. Originally, you were sentenced to work in the lower world for a hundred years, but thanks to my efforts, I successfully..."

"Reduced it to how many years?"

Hearing Betty's good news, Tia stopped pretending to be unconscious and hurriedly asked.

Interrupted by Tia, Betty was in no hurry. First, she tore off the black substance covering her body, revealing the appearance of a blonde, blue-eyed little girl wearing a red princess dress.

Then she floated in the air and spoke to Tia with a smile.

"Thanks to Betty's efforts, your hundred years have successfully become a thousand! You should thank me!"

"Phew, ten years. That's not... Wait, why is it a thousand years?! What did you do?!!!"

Tia completely lost it. Her closest friend had actually stabbed her in the back.

"Betty said that nothing this serious had ever happened in the Reincarnation Space's tens of thousands of years, so you had to be punished severely to make an example of you. And that made it a thousand years."

"From now on, Betty will be managing the Reincarnation Space! Ohohoho!"

Betty looked at Tia with a wicked grin.

"Aaah! I'll take you down!"

Later, when the enforcement officer from above arrived, all he saw was two little girls pulling and clawing at each other. Afterward, the officer sighed.

"What a beautiful sight! Praise little girls!"
