Then he turned and entered the Kent family home with Clark.
Inside, Clark looked down at his dark red battle suit, still seeming somewhat ill at ease.
"Solomon, isn't it wrong for me to keep holding on to Adam's power? That previous Champion Power had no owner, so keeping it was one thing. But Adam's was forcibly stripped from him, after all. He's... still our companion."
Solomon sat down on the couch without the slightest concern.
"There's nothing wrong with it. Let him suffer a little and reflect on himself first. We can talk about the future when it comes."
Clark hesitated for a moment, then tentatively tried a different angle.
"Then can I choose to return his power later? After all, he's now an officially registered superhero with Vought International, and an important company asset. If he suddenly vanished or lost his powers, it would definitely cause public panic and seriously affect the company's stock price and operations."
