He looked up and saw a figure emerge from the shadows beside them.

The other thug staggered back several steps in fright, landed on his backside, and scrambled backward on his hands and feet.
The commotion outside finally dragged Qin Feng's consciousness out of the dark plane.
He blinked sharply, and his pupils contracted slightly when he saw the dark red warrior towering beside him.
"You're... Tara?"
At his words, Tara immediately dropped to one knee.
"My king, Tara and the Shadowkhan Army await your command."
Well, damn!
His random army was actually the Shadowkhan Army!
Still, that seemed pretty good.
They were undying and indestructible.
