Lian Youming and the White Lotus Sect Master watched powerful factions converge on Qixian Temple in search of the Sword Immortal Inheritance. After a sewn-mouth monk revealed his immense strength and Gu Xuantong proposed an alliance, Gan Xihu arrived and demanded that everyone bow or die.

• The White Lotus Sect Master treated Lian Youming's scar and asked him to help seize the Sword Immortal Inheritance in exchange for information about his master.

• Lian Youming disguised himself as a corpse in the stone chamber, and Gu Feiyan soon entered and did the same.
