Putting this mole into the freshman environment was a little unfair.
Even against the academy's upperclassmen, it could clear a threat with a single card.

The Grand Mole in the card seemed rather temperamental. It waved its claws and burrowed around underground, leaving only half its head exposed.
Only after seeing Little White did it climb out of the dirt, fold its arms, and nod.
"This companion is very reliable."
Little White made the introduction earnestly.
"I can tell."
Yūki set Grand Mole aside on its own.
"From now on, it'll be responsible for sending our opponents' aces home."
"Sending them home?"
"Right. Mandatory leave, at their own expense."

Yūki was already quite familiar with this HERO.
Jaden used him as a staple material for Flame Wingman, and the HERO archetype packs had produced plenty of copies too.
If Yūki laid out every Avian he owned, there would be enough for a small class reunion.
Dark Panther, however, was very useful.
It could copy the name and effect of one face-up monster on the opponent's field.
Duelists in the GX era liked giving their aces long, powerful effects, then explaining them in detail when they summoned them.
