Homelander stood outside the office door and worked his facial muscles. Only when he thought his expression looked natural did he knock.
He opened the door and gently nudged Klee inside first.
Soldier Boy stared in surprise at the outrageously adorable little girl, looking somewhat bewildered.
"Hey, brat, where'd you come from?" Soldier Boy asked in confusion.
