Fully armed soldiers in Starship uniforms held their weapons and maintained order amid their Commander's shouts. Beside them, the varied life-forms of Argus stood in long lines, entering the Starships' teleportation beams. The steel warships floating above the Krokuun base would carry them on their impending voyage across the Star Domain.
The Portal opened by the Sargerite Keystone was unsuitable for mortals. The instant they entered it, their frail bodies would be torn apart by the erupting energy.
Inside the Starship compartments, the atmosphere was even tenser. Every captain stood guard in the teleportation room with fully armed assault troops, preventing these Argus natives from causing trouble out of fear and nervousness. This was an evacuation of hundreds of thousands, after all. Even the slightest disorder could brew a great storm that no one wanted to see.
"My people, don't be afraid! Get through as quickly as possible, and don't bring anything!"
Chieftain Hatuun stood inside the Krokuun base, drenched in sweat, urging his people into Tempest Keep as quickly as possible. The Broken were the most orderly. They had known long beforehand that they would be leaving Argus, so everyone sprang into action at Hatuun's command.
Women and children stood at the front of the lines, while the able-bodied adults brought up the rear with weapons in hand. They did not know what Argus was facing, but they were willing to trust Hatuun and Velen. The Krokuun Broken were also the most accepting of the Alliance Forces. Over nearly two months of fighting side by side, they had already proven themselves trustworthy.
