Inside, he studied deadly plants and confronted a demon beast secretly brought into the ruins by the Eight-Tailed Fox.

• An Xin and Zhao Qingyi charged into the Beast Tide and gave their lives, releasing the Ten Thousand Poisons Fruit that devastated the Demon Beasts and forced their retreat.
• Old White Ape and the Eight-Tailed Fox accepted a three-year rebuilding period, while Yu Mo secured peace for the Human Race and the soldiers mourned the fallen.
• Yu Sheng woke after a long recovery and revealed a Demon God’s remains to Yu Mo, Yuan Qingshan, and Qi Changshan, explaining that the Ten Thousand Poisons Fruit had grown inside them.

Yu Sheng and Sun Wen explored the Divine Ruins, uncovering ancient murals, tombs, traps, and treasures while learning that Yu Sanshui had his own history with the ruins. As the Eight-Tailed Fox’s forces fought Zhao Zicheng and his companions near the central basin, Yu Sheng and Sun Wen arrived and joined the unfolding conflict.

• Yu Sheng explored a hidden mountain passage, interpreting murals that showed an ancient city’s rise, disasters, and abandonment, then found a golden-lit chamber beyond a metal door.
• Yu Sheng reunited with Sun Wen, and the two gathered treasures, navigated traps, and found Fire Attribute Crystal Stones in a concealed cave.
• Xiao Nan revealed that Yu Sanshui had sent him to find a tomb chamber and retrieve an item, leaving Yu Sheng to question Yu Sanshui’s connection to the ruins.
• Yu Sheng and Sun Wen entered a tomb guarded by traps and a cheetah, learned that the Eight-Tailed Fox had sent six-tailed foxes into the area, and encountered a phantom that described the Heavenly Race’s enslavement of the Beast Race.

Yu Sheng and Zhao Zicheng entered the Divine Ruins, where they awakened an ancient Nine-Tailed Fox and received cultivation techniques before Yu Sheng captured the Demon Lord's Legitimate Son. As the group tried to claim the ancient building, Yu Mo entered the ruins and the Eight-Tailed Fox sent Rui to hunt humans and seize the techniques.

• Yu Sheng saved Zhao Zicheng from the Six-Tailed Fox, then entered the ruins with him and discovered a separate ancient space containing a motionless city lord.
• Zhao Zicheng endured the city lord’s pressure to strengthen himself, while Yu Sheng learned the Heavenly Race had disappeared and received a Jade Pendant as the city lord dissolved.
• Yu Sheng and Zhao Zicheng confronted the Demon Lord's Legitimate Son and the foxes as the chained Nine-Tailed Fox awakened, rejected the Demon Lord's Legitimate Son’s ambitions, and gave Yu Sheng and the demon cultivation techniques.

After Rui escaped and the Divine Ruins closed, the Demon Lord’s Legitimate Son returned to the Mountain Cave and his account left the Eight-Tailed Fox questioning the technique.

• Sun Wen and Zhao Zicheng made the Demon Lord’s Legitimate Son dig a pit while they cultivated, and Yu Mo and Shi Guang entered the Divine Ruins as Rui sensed them nearby.
• Xiao Nan fled Rui and drew it toward Yu Mo, Sun Wen, and Zhao Zicheng, triggering a chaotic battle in the Basin as Yu Mo and Mu Yu tried to hold Rui back.
• Yu Sheng arrived and fought Rui hand to hand, while Xiao Nan secretly poisoned Rui and Yu Sheng pressed the attack until Rui sacrificed a tail to escape.
• Yu Sheng revealed that a nine-tailed fox had taught him a body-strengthening cultivation technique, and Yu Mo proposed using the Demon Lord’s Legitimate Son to make the Demon Clan distrust it.
