Chiri Uchiha reflected on the Uchiha clan’s place in Konoha while Madara challenged her to look beyond the clan. As the Land of Grass’s victories left Kumogakure and Kirigakure facing an apparently unstoppable force, Yahiko celebrated the success of Pakura and Sasori and wondered whether Lord Abu was safe.

• Chiri Uchiha recalled the abandoned Uchiha Clan Compound and told Madara Uchiha that the clan had been left without a place to survive in Konoha.
• Madara Uchiha urged Chiri Uchiha to look beyond the clan, and she briefly examined him with her Mangekyō Sharingan but found nothing wrong.
