After helping Qian Renxue strengthen her Angel Martial Soul, Xu Ran offered Bibi Dong a deal involving her reconciliation with Qian Renxue and Yu Xiaogang’s recovery.
Xu Ran drew Bibi Dong into a secret relationship while promising to restore Yu Xiaogang’s Martial Soul and help her pursue another godhood. As Bibi Dong’s feelings for Xu Ran grew, he reunited with Meng Yiran and began courting her in public.
Xu Ran defeated Feng Xiaotian’s team alone, then traveled with Shrek Academy to Spirit City as Tang San returned as Spirit Hall’s Saint Son. After humiliating Tang San and being welcomed by Qian Renxue’s elders, Xu Ran reunited with Qian Renxue, who confronted him about the woman he had brought to Heaven Dou City.
Xu Ran won Qian Daoliu’s acceptance of his relationship with Qian Renxue, then clashed with Tang San while drawing Hu Liena closer. The arc ended with Qian Renxue welcoming Hu Liena and Xu Ran leaving to find Zhu Zhuyun.
