A few things I wanted to say to my readers!
I'm a new writer. I originally just wanted to write a novel and post it because I liked Bleach, but I never expected so many people to love it!
Having so many readers enjoy it leaves me feeling both tremendous pressure and tremendous motivation. I want to write it better.
I'd previously submitted this book directly to Qidian, too, but it was rejected with a form letter.
Some readers have said that the protagonist is nothing but a babysitter, just following the plot.
What I want to say is that, in my heart, this is what Yoriichi's personality is like. Even after his memories merge later on, Yoriichi's underlying personality will still influence the protagonist.
The protagonist is named Yoriichi Tsugikuni, but he isn't exactly the Yoriichi Tsugikuni from the original work. I want to write some changes in him.
The protagonist isn't perfect, either. He cares about the people who matter to him, and he feels joy, anger, sorrow, and happiness. I want to write a living, breathing person, but unfortunately, my writing ability really is limited, so it may not turn out the way you all want.
Readers who've followed along should know that the fast pacing earlier wasn't because I was having a blast writing it, but because I had no idea how to control the book's pacing and just pushed straight through.
Going forward, I'll try to bring the characters in Bleach to life, because there really are so many compelling characters in Bleach. There are plenty of things I'm dissatisfied with when I read my own book, too.
After all that, I still want to thank the readers who've supported me all this time!
You're all the most handsome, beautiful, wonderful, adorable people!
I bow
