Tetsu no Sosuke had actually considered teaching Meditation to Zenitsu Agatsuma himself.
Zenitsu Agatsuma's situation was unusual. He possessed tremendous potential, but it was suppressed by the cowardice of his outward personality.
As a result, only when he fell unconscious or entered a similar state could the personality with that tremendous strength emerge and defeat demons.
This was actually very dangerous.
Being knocked down did not always mean being knocked unconscious. He could very well be killed outright.
If that happened, Zenitsu Agatsuma would most likely die before he could switch over to that powerful side of himself.
But Meditation might help him shed his inner spring and recognize his own strength.
The trouble was that he was scared to death of Tetsu no Sosuke, always worrying that Tetsu no Sosuke would kill him just as he had killed his senior fellow disciple.
Under those circumstances, even if Tetsu no Sosuke offered to teach him some earth-shattering secret technique, he would not dare learn it.
Having Tanjiro teach him instead made things easier.
Although this development had been unexpected, it aligned with Tetsu no Sosuke's goal, so he allowed Tanjiro to teach Zenitsu Agatsuma.
As for anyone else, that could wait.
