Lu Xiao learned that Ding Dan could not be saved from the Cage’s side effects unless the Prison Doctor reached godhood, then discovered a possible way to save him through Nini’s ability. As Lu Xiao arranged for Nini to help, he destroyed the mutated attackers and left Sly and Liuguang out of immediate danger.
