Redd captured Grey Ghost, uncovered a Faceless Man assassination plot, and navigated mounting tensions with House Targaryen, House Martell, and Braavos. After Aegon and Ehm attacked Braavos, Redd left Dragonstone for King's Landing, where Viserys welcomed him with a banquet.

• King Ghidorah rescued Grey Ghost from the underground cavern, and Redd brought the injured dragon to the Dragonpit, where he had him chained.
• Cannibal attacked Syrax, prompting Rhaenyra to discover that Redd had gathered three wild dragons in the Dragonpit.
• Viserys arranged Rhaenyra’s marriage to Redd, while Redd demanded compensation from Princess Marei Martell and promised not to attack Dorne for five years if paid.
• Redd captured Faceless Men who had attempted to assassinate him, learned that the Sealord of Braavos had ordered the plot, and demanded compensation from Braavos.
• Corlys’s agent Tormund destroyed the Sealord’s ships and seized the compensation, so Redd sent Aegon and Ehm to attack Braavos.
• Aegon and Ehm destroyed the Sealord’s Palace and the House of Black and White, while Redd built up Dragonstone’s fleet and forces.
• Redd flew to King's Landing on Cannibal, saw Corlys’s fleet blockading the Gullet, and was welcomed by Viserys at the Red Keep.

Redd conquered Pentos and Braavos, destroyed Volantis’s Red God ritual, and expanded his rule across the Free Cities. Back in Volantis, he faced a greyscale outbreak and ordered a campaign against the Stone Men while refusing Rhaenys’s request for dragons in the war against Dorne.

• Viserys crowned himself king and declared war on Dorne, while Redd married Rhaenyra and then sailed to Pentos to answer its plea for help.
• Redd seized Pentos by eliminating its opposing families, then defeated Braavos’s army with his dragons and forced the city and Iron Bank to submit.
• Redd ordered a purge of the Faceless Men in Braavos, then helped Thorne Belaerys by sending Theora to rescue his imprisoned family in Volantis.
• Redd refused Viserys’s request for troops against Dorne and learned that his envoys had been detained in Volantis, so he flew there with Ehm and King Ghidorah.
• A Red God ritual unleashed a Demon Dragon and deadly flames across Volantis, but King Ghidorah defeated it and Redd absorbed its power.
• Redd drove the cursed ghosts from Volantis, took control of nearby towns, and began rebuilding the city as a base for future expansion.
• Rhaenyra and Rhaenys visited Redd in Volantis, where he ordered a greyscale-infected ship burned and its exposed passengers quarantined.
• Rhaenys asked Redd for dragons to fight Dorne and warned of improved dragon-killing weapons, but he refused, after hearing that greyscale and Stone Men were spreading north, he sent Marcus with fifty thousand soldiers to destroy them.

Redd led an expedition into the Lands of Sorrow, uncovered a cursed golden city, and fought the ancient creatures beneath the Rhoyne. After Aegon devoured the Purple Dragon, Redd withdrew to Volantis and faced an envoy warning that the Three Cities had weapons capable of killing dragons.

• Redd agreed to help Rhaenyra on the condition that she face adversity with strength, then sent Ehm to protect her journey back to the Stepstones while refusing to involve his dragons in the war.
• Redd sailed with Douglas and Marcus into the Lands of Sorrow, negotiated unsuccessfully with the Shrouded Lord, and ordered the Stone Men attacked.
• King Ghidorah destroyed the defenses and much of the Stone Men force, after which Redd’s soldiers uncovered a vast city built from cursed gold.
• Redd investigated the ruins and the Rhoyne’s dangerous riverbed, withdrew his forces, and stored the Gold Mountain before the river flooded and Stone Men emerged.
• Redd and King Ghidorah uncovered the trapped Purple Dragon fighting the Old Man of the River and the Crab King, then joined the battle alongside Aegon and the Ice Turtle.
• A massive waterspout destroyed the Ice Turtle and tore the Purple Dragon apart, and Redd refused the dragon’s offer before ordering Aegon to devour it.
• Redd retreated to Volantis, ordered records about the Valyrian Freehold collected, and heard that the Three Cities were fighting in the Stepstones.
• Milos Farman warned Redd that the Three Cities and Dorne had weapons capable of bringing down dragons, and Redd ordered Douglas to remove him from Volantis.

Redd crushed Qohor after rescuing Marcus’s army and destroying the Black Goat cult’s supernatural threat, then moved to consolidate his eastern holdings and support Rhaenyra’s claim. The arc ended with Redd arriving at King’s Landing with Rhaenyra, where Lady Rhea Royce asked to speak with him privately.

• Redd sent Marcus north to reinforce Seahoru, where Aegon broke the Dothraki assault and Redd ordered Marcus to turn toward Qohor.
• Marcus’s army became trapped near the ruins of A, so Redd rode King Ghidorah north, collapsed the mountains over the river pirates, and drove the Dothraki to abandon Qohor.
• As Qohor’s leaders turned to the Black Goat, its priests unleashed soul-devouring creatures that possessed soldiers and civilians, but Redd identified the threat and ordered his army toward the city.
• Aegon burned the creatures, breached Qohor’s defenses, and destroyed the altar, the high priest, and the shadow monster forming there.
• Redd secured Qohor, pressured Norvos to submit, and learned that Viserys’s truce with Dorne was tied to financial pressure from the Iron Bank.
• Rhaenyra asked Redd to support her right to inherit, and he traveled with her to King’s Landing while arranging the administration and security of his eastern holdings.
• Redd and Rhaenyra arrived at the Red Keep, where Redd stayed with her and then followed Lady Rhea Royce after she requested a private conversation.
