Mo Ling and Li Luo stood before the glass window, staring at that azure Earth.
Both of them had many questions in their hearts.
This world seemed even more "disordered" than they had imagined. They had left "home" and traveled so far, only to discover that "home" was right in front of them. At that moment, anyone would feel lost over the roads they had taken, would turn back in confusion to see whether they had been heading in the right direction.
Earth was right there, though it was the Earth of another world.
Home was right there, though it was another very similar "home."
But that alone was enough to leave them dazed...
The Instructor told Mo Ling and Li Luo that he had searched everywhere in the hotel and found no exit through which they could escape. Now that the cockpit had been searched too, there was only one possible place left...
"On Earth... Once we return to Earth, perhaps you'll find an exit from this world..."
"How long until landing?"
"Forty-eight hours," the Machine Savior answered.
As it happened, Mo Ling and the others had arrived just before landing. The spacecraft hovered outside Earth, and once it had finished preparing for descent, it would enter the atmosphere.
