After who knew how long, veins bulged on Tsunade's forehead, and a trace of anger flashed in her eyes.
She had thought Nobuhiko would know when to stop, but this little pervert kept nuzzling left and right, showing no intention of stopping.
"Had enough nuzzling?"
Hearing Tsunade's voice through gritted teeth, Nobuhiko finally realized that his "greeting" seemed to have gone on a little too long.
"Ahem, Sister Tsunade, let me make excuses!"
Thud!
Clearly, the Tsunade of today was no longer the Tsunade of before.
Having gotten to know Nobuhiko well enough, she had no intention of listening to his excuses and simply tossed him onto the floor.
Sensing that Tsunade was angry, Nobuhiko did not even cry out in pain. He immediately stood up and helped her back onto the sofa with an ingratiating smile.
"All right, I'm not angry. Come sit down too, Nobuhiko."
Tsunade held her forehead with a helpless, wry smile.
"Sure thing, Sister Tsunade."
Having entered sage mode, Nobuhiko was all about obedience now.
"If you're really not afraid, I can give you a gift right now."
As Tsunade spoke, she took a necklace out of her cleavage.
"Here. This necklace was left behind by the head of the Senju Clan, the First Hokage-my grandfather."
"I've given it to two people before, and both of them died on the battlefield."
Seeing Tsunade take out the necklace of death to scare him, Nobuhiko's legs trembled a little.
But things had already come this far. There was nothing to be afraid of anymore.
Once he accepted this necklace, he would be the most important person in Tsunade's heart from then on.
Let's do it!
"Sister Tsunade, I'll prove it to you!"

"Nobuhiko, promise me you'll stay alive and well!"
"Don't worry, Sister Tsunade. I'll never let you down!"
Nobuhiko gave Tsunade his promise without a single distracting thought.
"All right. I believe you!"
"Sister Tsunade, are you feeling any better?"
Nobuhiko asked Tsunade tentatively.
"It's getting late. Go get some rest."
"Huh?"
"Go get some rest. I'm a little tired too, and I want to go rest."
"All right, Sister Tsunade. I'll go get some rest."
Nobuhiko realized that Tsunade was still in low spirits, but there was nothing he could do. He could only go back to rest, feeling gloomy.
After watching Nobuhiko return to his room, Tsunade suddenly seemed to fall apart. She lay on the sofa, staring at the ceiling, her thoughts unknown.
Early the next morning, after breakfast.
"Nobuhiko, hold off on training. Come here. I have a few things to tell you."
Sitting on the sofa, Tsunade waved Nobuhiko over.
"Okay, Sister Tsunade."
"First, for certain special reasons, I may have developed a fear of blood. From now on, seeing blood might make me afraid and weak, and leave me trembling all over!"
Tsunade told Nobuhiko, looking somewhat downcast.
"I'll stay with you throughout your treatment, Sister Tsunade. Even if it can't be cured, I'll protect you. I won't let you suffer the slightest harm!"
With resolute eyes and a firm voice, Nobuhiko gave Tsunade his promise.
Although Nobuhiko's words touched Tsunade, she was still a little curious.
"Aren't you surprised, Nobuhiko?"
"Lord Hokage already told Sister Kushina and me that you were having some psychological problems, so I was mentally prepared."
Without the slightest hesitation, Nobuhiko decisively shifted the blame onto the Third Hokage.
"Did he? That old man really is a busybody."
Tsunade pursed her lips, sounding somewhat resentful.
"Then what's the second thing, Sister Tsunade?"
"The second thing..."
Tsunade looked somewhat forlorn, yet also a little relieved.
"I'm tired!"
"Huh?"
Tsunade's words left Nobuhiko somewhat bewildered.
"The war is about to end, and now that I've developed a fear of blood, there isn't really anything in the village that needs me anymore."
"So I want to leave the village, travel a little, and clear my head!"
"What about you? Will you stay in the village or come with me?"
Is that even a question? Of course I'll go wandering the world with you!
Nobuhiko felt a little excited. After this journey of seven or eight years, no one would be able to shake his relationship with Tsunade!
"Sister Tsunade, Dad entrusted me to you!"
"You can't leave me behind!"
"All right. I won't leave you behind!"
Seeing Nobuhiko's self-assured expression, Tsunade felt a little amusement arise in her bitter heart.
"What ninjutsu have you learned while I was away?"
"Let me think, Sister Tsunade."
"During the months you were away, I first learned the Water Trumpet Jutsu. Then, after asking Lord Hokage for advice a few times, I learned the Exploding Water Colliding Wave."
"And then..."
Nobuhiko thought it over and decided not to lie to Tsunade after all. As for his earlier promise to the Third Hokage to keep it secret, that had just been to fool the old man!
"Then something happened along the way. I'll tell you about that in a moment."
"Mm."
Seeing Tsunade agree, Nobuhiko continued.
"After that incident, I simplified the Water Trumpet Jutsu until it didn't need hand seals."
"After that, I went to the Third Hokage's office several more times to ask for tips on practicing the Water Fang Bullet, and then I learned it."
"At the same time, I also learned the Self-Exerting Curse Binding Seal, Fire Sealing Method: Flame Seal, One-String Light Formation, and Three-Way Seal from Sister Kushina."
Listening to Nobuhiko's report, Tsunade nodded in satisfaction.
"Then I also learned Single Rashomon."
"What?"
Tsunade was somewhat shocked, but quickly caught on.
"It seems that incident you went through was no small matter, if it made the old man agree to let you learn a ninjutsu from the Scroll of Seals."
"I'm not really sure either!"
Nobuhiko scratched his head, feigning confusion, then told Tsunade about being attacked by the Masked Man and how the Third Hokage had handled it, concealing only the matter of the Cursed Tongue Eradication Seal.
"You believed that?"
After hearing Nobuhiko's account, Tsunade looked at him somewhat suspiciously.
"Whether I believe it doesn't really matter anymore. Whoever was behind it, Lord Hokage won't possibly let him attack me again!"
"Once I'm strong enough, I'll ask Lord Hokage who was really behind it. Then not a single one of them will get away!"
Nobuhiko clenched his fists and spoke through gritted teeth.
"Then I'm relieved. I have some guesses about who was behind it."
"Since you weren't hurt and got compensation from the old man, let's leave this matter alone for now. There'll still be time to take revenge later."
"That's what I think too, Sister Tsunade."
"In a bit, I'll find those A-rank water release ninjutsu scrolls and give them to you. Then I'll go ask the old man for those S-rank water release ninjutsu. You should go ask Kushina for a few sealing jutsu study scrolls."
After thinking it over, Tsunade gave Nobuhiko his instructions.
"Okay, Sister Tsunade."
"Say goodbye to the people you know in the village over the next few days. Then we'll get ready to leave."
