Ch. 102The yearning of the "Old World"

King Ghidorah learned that the shattered realm was the Old World, ruled by the ancient evil god Weiergalun, and that killing him was the only way out. Meanwhile, Weiergalun absorbed power from the Chaos Beast King Core, broke through his seals, and prepared to bring the forgotten beings of the Old World back to the continent.

  • King Ghidorah asked the orb about the fallen red dragon, the Old World, and the World-Devouring Serpent.

Ch. 104A disaster for the continent?

A mysterious black force devastated the Karelia Empire’s palace, drawing legendary powers across the continent into action. Valeria pursued the black entity’s creator, while King Ghidorah sent Voraksa to search for the evil god.

  • Hadrian escorted the emperor and His Highness through the ruined palace as Valot investigated the erased eastern wing and flew off to seek other powerful figures.
  • An ancient mage in Karelia, a general in Vostok, a knight from Shengjunxi, and Reinhardt in Victoria prepared to leave or act after sensing the disturbance.
  • Valeria defeated a black behemoth, watched its fragments return toward their creator, and flew after the mysterious lord.

Ch. 105The collapsing "world"

The Evil God gathered his wounded creations and began merging them into himself as the Old World collapsed, ordering them to invade the real world. At the edge of the realm, King Ghidorah considered destroying it to escape, but the orb of light could not tell him whether that would work.

  • The Evil God sensed that the World-Devouring Serpent and another powerful creation had been killed, and realized his plan to quietly probe the era had failed.
  • The Evil God gathered his creations into his body as the Old World shook and broke apart, then commanded them to reclaim the real world.

King Ghidorah unleashed immense energy beneath the Old World, causing its core to collapse and the world to vanish. On the surface, Sangis faced insects emerging from the ground and demonstrated her strength by killing a large one with a single kick.

  • King Ghidorah burrowed toward the Old World’s energy core and gathered the bioelectric power within his body.
  • The evil god sensed an immense eruption from deep underground as the Old World cracked and filled with white light.
  • The Old World’s energy core collapsed, and the entire world vanished beneath the white light.
  • Sangis and the wyvern cavalry prepared as the ground heaved and black insects began emerging from pits.
  • Sangis ignored an old mage’s warning and shattered a giant insect’s shell with a single kick.

Ch. 108The fallen "world"

Chaluoke helped Sangis destroy the crawlers, while fragments of the Old World fell across the continent beneath a dark red sky. Voraksa emerged from the rubble and learned from the fading orb that the Old World was gone, but Caesar’s whereabouts remained unknown.

  • Sangis called Chaluoke to help fight the crawlers, and he erased the creatures in the clearing with a spell combining several elements.
  • The Silver Radiance Dragon God shielded Valerirus, Weitestan, the Lord Protector, and others as ruins and a fragment of a continent fell from the sky.

  • The Dragon Ancestor visited Apekus and reported that a powerful foreign entity had descended in the west of the continent.

Ch. 112A Mess and an Outsider

Valerirus took responsibility for the ruined city after King Ghidorah abruptly left, while Nuoyaji approached the weakened Light God Leonsel with questions. King Ghidorah sensed a familiar presence and flew west, where the Evil God Weiergalun’s attempt to survive ended beneath a boulder; an enormous claw then emerged from an exploding volcano.

  • King Ghidorah returned the throne to Valerirus and flew away with Voraksa and Valeria, leaving Valerirus to face his people and the devastation.

  • An enormous claw reached out of an exploding crater.

Ch. 113King of the Skies, Rodan

Rodan emerged from a volcano in an unfamiliar world and took to the skies, enjoying his flight until he encountered a wounded black creature amid a vast golden-lightning storm. He mistook it for an easy target and charged after it, but as it grew larger with each flash of lightning, Rodan began to suspect something was wrong.

  • Rodan recalled waking in a strange land after sleeping in a volcano on Godzilla's orders.
  • Rodan flew across the barren landscape at supersonic speed, reveling in his freedom and remembering his old pranks on human ships.
  • Rodan spotted a huge storm filled with golden lightning and feared King Ghidorah was inside it.
  • A wounded black, horned creature flew out of the storm, and Rodan decided it was weak enough to attack.
  • Rodan charged after the creature through the lightning, then noticed it appeared larger with each flash.

Ch. 114"An old acquaintance"

King Ghidorah recognized Rodan, attacked him before he could explain, then questioned him and learned that he had awakened in this world after sleeping in a volcano. Meanwhile, members of the Destruction and Revelation Society completed a ritual but found no deity in their secret chamber.

  • King Ghidorah charged into Rodan, pinned his wings, and blasted him with Gravity Beams, sending him crashing into a crater.
  • Rodan recognized King Ghidorah as his king and explained that he had awakened in an unfamiliar place after sensing changes in the volcano where he slept.

  • Members of the Destruction and Revelation Society gathered around their completed ritual circle and wondered why no deity had appeared.

Ch. 115"First Seat": Kids, I'm already ded

The Silence Society crushed the Destruction and Revelation Society’s Vostok branch after its members attempted an unauthorized summoning, while the branch leader learned too late that the First Seat was dead. At Valerilus’s ruins, Sangis reported that the monsters worldwide had vanished, and Valerilus assigned tasks for the aftermath as he looked toward the place where the Dragon God had departed.

  • The Vostok branch waited in vain for its ritual to summon a deity, then the Silence Society entered and announced the branch had violated the Yilisai Civilization Treaty.
  • The branch leader vowed that the First Seat would avenge them, but the white-robed man knew the First Seat had died in the Forbidden Land at the Western Mine.
  • The Silence Society’s fighters swiftly subdued the Vostok branch members.
  • Sangis received Marshal Reinhardt’s report that the Evil God had been defeated and that the black monsters had disintegrated; she confirmed that similar threats had been repelled in other countries.
  • Valerilus ordered Selivis to inspect the eastern Forbidden Land, assigned Weitestan to aid the capital’s recovery, and tasked Sangis with coordinating with other countries.

Ch. 116The evil god: I've behaved, please let me go

King Ghidorah led Rodan toward the Endless Ocean, where he ordered him to confront a powerful approaching being, while a newly summoned Evil God hid from the monsters. Meanwhile, the Silence Society purged the Destruction and Revelation Society and received word that the Dragon Ancestor had emerged from the ocean.

  • A black-and-red Evil God crawled out of the ash-covered ground after King Ghidorah, Rodan, Voraksa, and Valeria flew away, then hid and resolved to avoid trouble until it could return home.
  • King Ghidorah headed toward the Endless Ocean and sensed a powerful being approaching, then ordered Rodan to capture it as a test of his strength.
  • The Silence Society captain reviewed the coordinated purge of the Destruction and Revelation Society, ordered the recovery of its summoning records, and discussed Caesar as a likely otherworldly being.
  • The captain learned that Silence's headquarters had been destroyed and that its Patriarch had escaped with several important members.
  • Observers reported that a powerful being matching the Dragon Ancestor had flown out of the Endless Ocean, and the captain ordered his people to investigate the being's route.

Ch. 117Dragon Ancestor

The Dragon Ancestor flew to the continent to investigate an unfamiliar presence and meet King Ghidorah, whom the Administrator had warned him not to provoke. After the Dragon Ancestor attacked Rodan, King Ghidorah arrived, and Rodan charged back into the fight.

  • The Dragon Ancestor recalled his ancient contract with the Administrator and the war that had devastated the world before the Administrator defeated the Primordial Giants, Dragons, and Chaos Beasts.
  • The Dragon Ancestor sensed powerful beings ahead, roared to announce his arrival, and fired guided pillars of light at the approaching Rodan.
  • Rodan dodged the attack, but the beams turned and exploded behind him, while King Ghidorah watched the blast and flew toward the Dragon Ancestor with Voraksa and Valeria following.
  • The Dragon Ancestor met King Ghidorah and began to introduce himself, but Rodan launched a close-range charge at him.
  • The Dragon Ancestor fired another beam at Rodan, who prepared to evade it more carefully.

Ch. 118The Charred Dragon Ancestor

Rodan’s attack failed, and King Ghidorah fought the Dragon Ancestor, absorbing lightning from a storm before breaking his Dragon’s Wrath and burning him into a charcoal-like lump. The defeated Dragon Ancestor blamed the Administrator as he fell into a crater.

  • Rodan dodged the Dragon Ancestor’s breath, struck his chest and neck, then was blasted away by an energy shock wave and returned to King Ghidorah.
  • King Ghidorah approached the Dragon Ancestor, who layered energy shields around himself and used spatial folding to evade Gravity Beams and attack from different positions.
  • King Ghidorah summoned a thunderstorm and absorbed its golden lightning, then challenged the Dragon Ancestor to fight head-on.
  • The Dragon Ancestor unleashed Dragon’s Wrath at full power, but King Ghidorah’s golden lightning net shattered the beam and struck him.
  • The Dragon Ancestor fell into a crater as a charred lump and weakly accused the Administrator of having screwed him over.

Ch. 119Dragon Ancestor: Never trusting that big octopus again

The Dragon Ancestor was defeated by King Ghidorah and learned that the Administrator had warned him not to provoke the monster. After Ghidorah flew off to find the Administrator, Nuoyaji's group traveled north with the Light God to investigate a former stronghold of the Evil God's followers.

  • King Ghidorah questioned the battered Dragon Ancestor, who explained that he had served the Administrator; Ghidorah called him a lackey and a little dragon.
  • Voraksa recognized the Dragon Ancestor as his ancestor, but Ghidorah knocked him away after Voraksa tried calling him Boss.
  • The Dragon Ancestor told King Ghidorah that the Administrator was in the depths of the Endless Ocean, and Ghidorah flew off to find him.
  • Nuoyaji recalled persuading the Light God to travel with the group and confirmed that King Ghidorah had destroyed the Evil God.
  • The Light God told Nuoyaji that they were heading north to search a former gathering place of the Evil God's followers for survivors.

Ch. 120The Ocean's Apostle

King Ghidorah accelerated toward the Endless Ocean as Apekus learned of the outsider and rose from the abyss to investigate. At the same time, Keluosi learned that Apekus was about to return to power, and the sea began to retreat as he arrived.

  • King Ghidorah combined bioelectricity with magic power to reach supersonic speed and headed for the Endless Ocean.
  • Apekus received the World Will's reports about King Ghidorah and decided to meet him, after asking the Dragon Ancestor to check on him.
  • Keluosi told Leisaina he had fought the Destruction and Revelation Society and the Silence Society's members while carrying out her mission.
  • Leisaina said Apekus had ordered them to identify the Dragon Ancestor and spur others into action, then declared that Apekus would reign over the world again.
  • The sea rapidly retreated from the coast, and Leisaina announced that Apekus had come.

Ch. 121I don't know either

Keluosi watched a tsunami and hurricane gather around the bronze church as King Ghidorah met Apekus on the exposed seabed. King Ghidorah questioned Apekus about Rodan’s arrival, but Apekus could only speculate that some being was transporting deities from King Ghidorah’s world.

  • A tsunami slowed and stopped before the bronze church as a vast hurricane formed overhead.
  • Leisaina told Keluosi that the Administrator and the Dragon Ancestor intended to speak, but she did not know why the Dragon Ancestor had gone to meet King Ghidorah.
  • King Ghidorah descended from the storm and waited for Apekus to crawl across the exposed seabed.
  • King Ghidorah asked Apekus how Rodan had arrived in this world, and Apekus admitted that he did not know.
  • Apekus suggested that some being was transporting deities from King Ghidorah’s world, leading King Ghidorah to wonder whether humans were responsible.

Ch. 122About the World

King Ghidorah learned that Apekus could not send him back to his world, then sent Apekus on an errand while investigators secretly recorded their meeting. Elsewhere, the Silver Radiance Dragon God cleared an Evil God ruin before Nuoyaji encountered the Silence Society.

  • Apekus explained that world consciousnesses had enabled travel between worlds, but the Administrators had eliminated most teleportation rituals, and he agreed to ask his neighboring-world contacts about transmigrated beings.
  • King Ghidorah told Apekus that Rodan was his little brother, then kicked Apekus into the sea and told him to go investigate the other world.
  • A group of intelligence agents recorded King Ghidorah and Apekus from hiding, but Leisaina appeared behind them and demanded their recording tool.
  • The Silver Radiance Dragon God burned the black creations in an abandoned Evil God stronghold while Nuoyaji reflected on the threats remaining after the Evil God's defeat.
  • Nuoyaji sensed hidden figures in the forest, and the white-robed Silence Society emerged and introduced themselves.

Ch. 123Cooperation and aftermath

King Ghidorah brought the defeated Dragon Ancestor to Vagrian while Valerirus and the nation's officials debated how to manage the aftermath of the disasters and seek cooperation from other countries. King Ghidorah arrived in Gerlen City, declared himself the King of the Monsters, and noticed Vagrian's troubles.

  • A white-robed man offered the Silver Radiance Dragon God cooperation and presented a scroll after the god asked whether they knew his true body.
  • King Ghidorah ordered Rodan to carry the wounded Dragon Ancestor and led Valeria and Voraksa toward Vagrian to see Old Va.
  • Sangis told Hermann that envoys from other nations had offered little help, while Vagrian's officials struggled to handle the disaster's aftermath.
  • Valerirus argued that Vagrian needed cooperation with other nations because further disasters might come.
  • Valerirus flew out to greet King Ghidorah, who told him to call him Great King and asked whether Vagrian had trouble.

Ch. 124An otherworldly cricket-fighting tournament

King Ghidorah arranged a cross-country tournament to bring powerful warriors to Vagrian and encourage cooperation after the disaster. Several nations chose representatives, while Ghidorah left Valerirus to organize what he called an otherworldly cricket fight.

  • King Ghidorah told Valerirus to promote Sangis and asked whether magic could cross between worlds; when Valerirus knew of none, Ghidorah asked him to summon other countries' leaders.
  • King Ghidorah ordered Valerirus to send every country an invitation to a world's strongest championship, offering rare prizes and a cooperation agreement.
  • Karelia's Emperor Felipe VIII discussed the invitation with Kodaor and others, then agreed to send the Tower Mage King Medici to learn about Vagrian and Caesar.
  • Victoria's King Augustus VII accepted Mortisen's recommendation to send Reinhardt to the tournament.
  • Pegasus flew from Shengjunxi, a cloaked figure left the Vostok ice fields, and the Zalan Khanate's Azure Flame Wind-Rending Cavalry rode toward the eastern horizon.
  • King Ghidorah described the tournament to Valerirus as an otherworldly cricket fight and said it would be fun.

Ch. 125Public opinion across the continent

News of Vagrian's First Yilisai World's Strongest Tournament spread across the continent, drawing powerful contestants despite recent disasters and the unexplained disappearance of many legendary figures. King Ghidorah prepared to host the tournament in the ruins of Valerilus City as more than twenty participants were confirmed.

  • The Horn reported that Vagrian's new emperor was holding a tournament with an ancient dragon's scale as the suspected prize, and the news spread across the continent.
  • Karelia sent Tower Mage King Medici, Victoria sent Marshal Reinhardt, and Saint Junxi sent the Holy Radiance Knight Pegasus to Vagrian, prompting other nations to send representatives as well.
  • Envoys failed to find Duke Desolation and Keyin Yidu, while the Chronicle Court's new head said its former head had gone to investigate ruins; other legendary powerhouses were also reported missing.
  • A white-robed man ordered a young aide to contact three small countries and send their people to compete.
  • King Ghidorah arrived at the ruins of Valerirus City and learned from Valerirus and Sangis that more than twenty contestants were expected, including Medici, Reinhardt, Pegasus, and representatives from other nations.
