"I found a student at Charles's school who could change the situation for us mutants!"

"You know what that means, Erik. You need to come here!"
Mystique found a deserted corner and secretly contacted Magneto.
As soon as the call connected, she eagerly poured out everything she knew.
Magneto had barely answered Mystique's call and almost failed to make out what she was saying.
She couldn't help it. Mystique's heartbeat still hadn't settled down.
Even a veteran mutant like her, who had weathered so much, had never imagined the ability Li Ge had revealed.
She couldn't wait for Magneto to come and take Li Ge away. Their Brotherhood of Mutants needed talent like him.
"Raven, calm down!"
"What exactly is going on? What do you mean, giving other people superpowers? Explain it properly!"
Although Mystique was speaking very rapidly, Magneto still keenly picked out the key point.

Although he trusted Mystique not to lie to him, he still wanted more information.
An ability like that was exactly what he had always dreamed of.
Why had mutants always been at a disadvantage in their struggles against humans?

Magneto had always been a man of action. After confirming Li Ge's ability with Mystique, he immediately decided to bring him back to his Brotherhood.
Ending the call with Mystique, Magneto picked up his helmet from beside him and gently put it on his head.
After telling his underlings to guard the base, he walked straight out and used a magnetic field to fly toward the school.
He brought no one with him this time. To give himself the best possible chance of taking Li Ge away, he couldn't bring too many people who might slow their retreat.
At the school, Mystique finally calmed her excitement after receiving Magneto's definite answer.
She felt she should sound Li Ge out again about his views on changing the situation for mutants.
After all, someone who could give other people power was unlikely to have little power himself.
Even if they failed to take him away, she needed to plant the idea of changing the situation for mutants in his mind, so he would take the initiative to do something with his power.
Collecting herself, Mystique took on Shadowcat's appearance once again.
When he reached the spot where Li Ge was sunbathing, Li Ge was still in the same position, quietly absorbing the sun's energy with his eyes closed.
Sensing Mystique's return, Li Ge wasn't surprised.
Everyone knew Mystique was Magneto's intelligence agent. Having discovered someone like him at the school, she would definitely tell Magneto.
Li Ge decided to have some fun with Mystique.
"Hi, Li Ge! I'd like to talk to you."
"Some things have been troubling me, and I'd like your opinion."

"Li Ge, do you think we mutants and humans can really coexist peacefully?"
"I've heard that many of our fellow mutants have been persecuted by humans, yet the professor and the others keep telling us to live peacefully with them."
"I've also heard there's a Brotherhood of Mutants that's been fighting humans for the sake of mutants."
"Li Ge, which side do you think is right?"
Li Ge didn't interrupt Mystique. He already knew why she was saying these things.
She wanted him to side with the mutants who opposed humans.
How could that possibly happen?
I won't take either side!
"Kitty, I never expected you to be so sentimental."
"You can't even figure out something this simple?"
"Of course each side is only half right."
"They're both too extreme. It's practically like playing house."
Li Ge spared neither the professor nor Magneto any consideration, outright calling their actions and positions playing house.

"There must be plenty of abilities that can be used for construction, right?"
"Think about it. A magical nation built using mutant abilities, just like a world out of mythology!"
"Then have powerful mutants like the professor deter the countries that have always targeted mutants."
"As long as it develops, who would still dare casually target a nation made up entirely of mutants?"
Li Ge freely shared his vision. These were his genuine thoughts as well.
