Arwen advanced in swordsmanship and alchemy, survived the Trial of Dreams, and gained water affinity after killing a Drowned Dead. Viris discovered Arwen could use magic and taught him the Healing Spell, just as his fellow apprentices waited for him at the arena.
Arwen survived the Trial of the Mountains, killed Old Spearhead, and became a witcher before leaving Kaer Morhen. Traveling under the name Raven, he reached White River Town and accepted a chance to investigate its nightly monster attacks.
Arwen killed Damian’s father after uncovering his role in the werewolf curse, then joined a wyvern hunt that ended in an ambush by Scoia’tael. He brought the wyvern to the Temple of Melitele, reunited with Nenneke, and learned that Holt was a former Kaer Morhen witcher living in Ban Flyn.
Arwen uncovered Atamont’s plot against the witchers and gathered allies to confront him, while a temple uprising and the Shoemaker Village murders exposed more dangers. The witchers battled Atamont and his golems, but Atamont escaped as Vesemir avenged Kaer Morhen and killed Grayson.
Arwen and the witchers helped defeat Atamont’s rampaging golems, exposing his crimes and securing the School of the Wolf’s restored reputation. Arwen became a baron and took a contract at Grey Rock Mountain, where he faced a horde of ghouls and gained a new talent.
Arwen rescued the missing children and uncovered the Hydra cult’s plan to summon its god, then killed the Hydra Evil God and was swept through a collapsing portal. He and Ida Emean reached Morgraig in the Kestrel Mountains, where Alzur’s Stone Circle reacted to the castle’s magic.
Arwen left Morgraig after defeating Valerius and rescuing Virona, then reunited with old allies and crossed the Northern Kingdoms. He reached Mount Mahakam, earned Brouver Hoog’s trust, and began investigating the monsters emerging from Davor Bottomless Pit.
