At the Chen Family head’s birthday celebration, the family’s contempt left him isolated and angry. The family subsequently sent him overseas, an arrangement he regarded as exile. On the flight to Metropolis, he met a girl who introduced herself as Athena. After landing, he asked his driver to take him to the Metropolis Museum’s dinosaur fossil exhibition 2740.

Ancient Existence

Chen Zheng’s memories span billions of years. His confirmed connections to ancient China include witnessing the Battle of Zhuolu, having Yu the Great forge the Nine Cauldrons, and giving Jiang Ziya the jade that later preserved his portrait. The Jiang Family recognizes him as its Ancestral Master 14 94 344.

During an earlier, violent period, he was known as the Blood Venerable, a name that shook several realms. By his return to Earth, he could control that savage aura at will rather than remain in his former bloodthirsty state 53.

Return to Earth

After returning to Earth’s timeline, Chen Zheng appeared in Su Cheng’s home and showed her fragments of his memories. He moved in and became her personal bodyguard, later taking an acting role whose immortal-returnee protagonist closely resembled his own circumstances 2 5 32 344.
